It Surprises me ?
I was listening to the views expressed by not less important person than Nobel laureate in the economics ,very keenly he was seen criticizing like a political leader.As an economist ,things like that stand to what extent shall be decided in the near future.The politics was in fix whether to support this move or to reject was with a view to gain the vote banks.Undoubtedly ,The PM's move has belied the Kennes theory related to the mismanagement and uproar after demonetization.Every body expected that there shall be the situation more worse than what deemed of.The poverty,unemployment and traditional problems were here from the beginning ,not the gain of today. Baba Sahab was also a great economist,during that time he also spoke of in the favor,if corruption were to be eliminated.Not only so,he further said,It should be every after 10 years.The economist was also from that stock who are ever ready for a chance to jump upon and get the opportunity to criticize just for the sake of criticism.That move was favorable ,when we resorted to send gold out ,or disinvestment ,external and internal borrowings .and the situation came when we were just near the debt trap,for 48% money was returned as in the form of capital and the interest.At that time the economists kept mum.A debt of more than 15 lakhs is on the head of every individual.Now bold step shall change the scenario,no doubt ,this year our growth rate shall be in or around 7% .,but convincingly it will be increased.Coming days shall provide the opportunity for the scholars ,that such steps coupled with e-governance,administrative measures ,or reviving the sick units etc.may provide the chance for further jumps to study ,and a failure of the Kennes'theory.The immediate gain has been the surrendering by the naxalites,stopping the stone pelting or breaking the backbone of many a terrerist organisation, Criticize the policy ,not the leader or this economist is no more than those who simply cry louder daily.No uproar is from Pakistan ,for that country has given six years'time for the public to change the currency.What makes us pleased is the amount collected in the surplus ,which makes everyone hopeful favoring the social security schemes or further more ,,waiting eagerly on Feb,1st
