078-------------"Abki baar ,Modi sarkar'' slogan sounded to our ears time and again,In the morning of 12th may,2014,the doubt over the failure of the Exit Poll as in the past emerged, though with a sigh of relief that the major emerging party  'will be NDA',The entire scene was changed just within hours when, Modi ji rocked one and all with  fingers on the temple of the face and mouth a gap. The entire pic. was changed, NDA was blessed with the mandate.                                                                                             Much before, Rabindra Nath Tagore wrote that the Indians are 'uneducated' ,but not illiterate( during that time),They watch silently, wait and take no time in giving the clearcut decision within times. The rev.Laluji 's denial of giving no 'thanks' to Modiji is an insult to the mandate and the people of India. The world has recognized it ,but with a surprise. The future is now safe ,as a strong democratic nation ,we shall rock the world all the time.

The whole credit goes to Shri RajNath Singh, who brought Modiji out of the boundary of the state said to be developed vibrantly under his leadership. When given the responsibility of the chairmanship of the Election Steering Committe, even the top line leaders were razed and annoyed, for no body could ever imazine that a state Captain “shall be so successful in the general election”. The result is before us ,the irksome remark by  a particular minister ManiShanker Ayyer that ''Modiji shall never be the PrimeMinister, if interested ,he “could serve tea to the Congress'' is not seen on the TV now .Even Pakistani Media criticized him.The correct prophesy came from CM Omar Abdulla who said ,"Those who don't believe in Modi-wave are confused in the country".

Though the winner writes the History anew, the role by the former Prime Minister can not be undermined who did everything best specially on the foreign front enhancing the country's prestige ,A right person on the wrong time is said about him.He is a open book ; is correct.He  failed due to undue influence exerted as revealed in Shri Barru's Book.

However, This clear-cut major mandate is a clear indication that each and every vote cast has got some expectation to be fulfilled and hence, time to hard -hard work is awaiting.

As a common layman, I think, the following 12 challenges  need to be faced  with only solution and no other option.

1---------------------------------Major portion of country's population, as per World Bank report in 2011 ,32.7 % people live below the poverty line who need every care. First and foremost approach may be to provide with 'Life to Live" right and let no one sleep hungry as in Canada.

2-----------------------------------Unemployment is another major problem with 10.7% increase every year. The UP. Govt. did a laudable work by ensuring incentive to the unemployed by the time engaged to some work. The centre may also contribute to strengthen it.

3-----------------------------------Education is still far back than the world 's average of 84 %.The changes in primary to the university level need complete overhauling. Education may not be  for the sake of education as  in Japan ,but in India ,the jobs pass through it. The administrative as well as academic firmament need to be improved .The unwillingness to do their duties as per expectation is always a challenge .The administrative pressure from both the State and the Centre shall present a changed picture. The learning level to student must be fixed with accountability on the part of those engaged.Besides,in the age of Innovation, Innovative universities may be established as it has already begun in the West. I have served in various states of India ,and my practical experience convince me of strongly creating IES cadre ; purely amongst the educationist which shall strengthen the national integration and also reduce the friendly ties ultimately hindering the progress.

4---------------------------Health services are still afar from the real India i..e. villages.42% children below the 3 years of the age are said to be suffering from mal-nutrition.More than 017 lakh children die before they reach to the age of one. WHO report reveal more then 09 lakh people die because of polluted and unsafe water to drink and 12 crore people are still without toilets in their home..Most of the countries have progressed tremendously by improving the health services and by providing the social security programmes.

 5---------------------------The Poor infrastructul work is still in the country. Depending upon the Goldman Socks report ,more than 1.7 trillion dollar money is required to be spent on the strong infrastructure. The roads, Govt. buildings, Factories,new development related work are still to be extensively carried out.

6----------------------------The Govt. can not provide jobs to all ,but through the encouraging steps both morally and with financial aid, the udmita Vikas may be carried out on the local level. Small Scale industry shall lessen the burden of Unemployment in the country. The use of local products shall encourage the people .Only one work-use of clay pot  by Laluji as Railway Minister had far reaching effects .

7------------------------------The nation faces the water crisis and still the dispute over the water management amongst many a states need to be solved. The Former President's dream of making India Super Power by 2020 pass through the water crisis also. The emerging trends of the new cities and their expansion always pose the threat.A dream project of U-Shaped river to join the all the rivers is said to be the Centre’s agenda,but practically ,it is still only in dreams.

8-------------------------------Dirty places in India are almost uncountable and bring shame to us ,as Modiji spoke in Varanasi .His crusade to keep the places neat and clean has already begun from Varanasi. His popularity may be exploited to involve one and all in the nation. This is within reach.

9-----------------------------------The women are still under the sufferance from every quarters. The attack and exploitation is almost every where. Thomson Reuter declares India to be the 4th dangerous nation in the world where women safety and security is at stake. The studies carried out in 135 countries by Global Gender Gap report clearly indicate the 113^th place occupied by our Nation. The Law on the one hand and the changes in the mental outlook right from schooling may bring the drastic changes.

10—------------------------The vacant posts in various services need to be fulfilled. More than 100000 vacancies are only in armed forces. The youth basically  responsible for this drastic change need work and work shall come both from the state and the centre.

11—--------------------------The Income Tex rebate and also at least 10 litre petrol for the service going people on subsidized rate in a month  as per Ration card rebate shall win the heart of the Govt.
12----------------------------The empowerment of the NDA has created a stage of fear amongst the minority.The right time is now for Modiji to appoint Moh.Abbas Naqviji as Deputy Prime-Minister,for the gap either perceptional or created otherwise shall be over.NDA shall defeat others in all the days to come,provided confidence building work is carried out.

Later,this became a great news,as teacher's wife ,smt.Vimla Dwivedi donated her kidney to Shri  Moh.Shamim in kanpur and his wife smt. Nazia Habib donated her kidney to the teacher.Thus ,Giving  life to one another.A unique example of Hindu-Muslim amity and unity.Rest is written in the newspaper cutting published below-----Really What Shakespear narrated in his famous drama'Merchant of Venice ,"Is thy blood  different from mine !" is proved here,for blood is same .

073----Let Our Youth Join Indian Armed Forces !

Watching green dress on the TV always invite the youth of India to join the Indian Army ;meaning the other name of courage  and valor. The green dress raises the sense of pride in Indians for their role superior to anything and to old to repent as to their failure or missing in their youth to enjoin the opportunity to serve the nation through the Army. It is not service, but  an opportunity. It is a challenge open to bold and brave. It is amazing.  The name and fame go together. Besides, the presence of  youth in green dress, young, gentle, dexterous ,active and like a flashlight  weaken the nerves of the enemies and the scenes of the  retaliatory action on 26th November and climbing down through the ladder by the commando regiment personnel is always alive and fresh in the mind .Their great work ,no doubt, takes the nation to the height of the glory and achievement ,The UNO sends the Indian army personnel on the peace mission in the world which the world recognizes the contribution with a sense of pride and gratitude.

Indian Army may be divided into two parts (1) Regular Army (2)Reserve Army. It has got 04 Regiment .

(-a-)The Infantry Regiment -is called the most powerful part of the Army. It includes Parachutes Regiment, Mechanized Infantry, Grenadier Regiment etc.

(b)Armed Regiment-it is also very significant part. It includes 63Regiment.

(c)Artillery Regiment-It is second largest part of the Army..The soldiers of this Regiment have kneeled the enemies even in the highest glaciers like Siachin.

(c)Army Aviation Core-It helps Army with all supplies even on the difficult terrain and acts as supportive unit to increase the power of aggression and attack during the war-time.

 Besides, There is Indian Army medical core .The Doctors with MBBS and other degree may join directly with the rank of captain ,though depending upon the prescribed procedure for the selection.

Anybody may join the Army, provided he or she is passed with intermediate with the age limit upto 19 years  for NDA and  graduate with the age in between 19 to 24 years through CDS.  The examination is conducted by the Union Public Service commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-1100069.The advertisement is published in the Employment News and all the leading dailies twice in a year.

The examination is in two parts (a)Written Examination includes the English ,general Studies, general math,and other science subjects (b) SSB Interview .It includes Psychological Tests ,Group discussion, Extempore Speech, Interview and various other exercises aiming at the practical side of the candidate. Final recommendation is after the medical Tests.

 After The Training conducted at Indian Military Academy Dehradoon ,provides a final opportunity to enjoy with the same zeal and zest ,as we see the  young officers throwing their hates in the air on the final Passing out Parade Day. Afterwards  what we see  in Nana Patekar as Commando, Sunny Deol in Border,Karan Shergil in Lakshya and of course Mega Star Amitabh bachhan in Major Saab may too bring our dreams come true.
