This was yesterday ,a day for me to know and learn a lot ,as I was sent
as a member of the Selection Committee for the selection of lecturers in
the degree college .Since morning to late at night,I heard
subject-experts asking questions and answers coming our ways making me
realize and assess that we people in Bharat reach to calculate any thing
and comment out of the ignorance,whereas need of the hour is to revive
the things and make it part of our know-how.
1--------------Bhaskercharya declared in 11th century about the gravitational force,His name is lost and everybody remembers the name of Newton.
2-------------The people got confused over the God,already there exist a system supporting the concept of God hidden on one hand,and logic upto the understanding of man,there is no God ,and hence,there is a system for theists.
3------------The earth is found round and is declared thousand years before,but scientist like Copernicus and Galileo ,when reached to truth ,they were punished for going against the word of God as assumed.
4------------The nature of Stars and planets ,with their distance and solar and lunar eclipse etc. is well-vividly described and found correct today.
5-----------The eating-system with baat,cough and pitt concept already exist there.But we spend and waste money in such a way that the business of medicines is balle-balle.
6-----------Those who asperse the living habitats forget that the peaceful co-existence has been a great motto of our culture where the whole world is considered as our home.When such concept emerge and spread out,how can our society may discriminate amongst its own people.What we see in our nation in the perspectives of the social system is basically the result of our defeats at the hands of the foreigners due to our being weak militarily and lack of proper leadership and co-ordination.After all ,every attempt was made not only to malign culture ,but History is distorted and needs to be re-written.
7-----------Despite all these aspects ,it is said that nothing is the world is fault-free,and hence,social movements emerge and bring the changes.
8-----------Such individual freedom and liberty is given,it always aim at bringing the perfect order in the society which may come only with the pious and pure feelings at heart.
9----------Those who talk and try to air the wrongs in the society air the things without having the know-how of the subject----Logic,The ancient system is really superb.The great granths ,which have been of course, the prey of interpolation and forcefully entrusted matter somewhere get the answer through the language Sanskrit.------- language found useful ,but could not progress due to lethargic attitude of our leadership.It is restricted only to one village in Muttroo in the state karnatka where everybody speaks even today ,otherwise only 14000people across nation call it as their mother tongue spoken and used everyday.
10----------The need of the hour is this like Renaissance Movement in the west,we have to revive the hidden Gold from our age-old culture and attempt to fail the International conspiracy working day and night to break our nation through the attacks on culture and its entity.
11-------------Besides,we have problems ,we have to find the solution,the politics at polarizing the vote at the cost of caste-ism and other isms need to be be finished in the 21st century.Besides attacks on poverty,unemployment,equality and alround development need to be taken care of.Besides,those who talk high need their energy to carry out in other 50 countries where we share our cultural ties to strengthen ourselves and our nation.
12------------The stigma by the West that talks are very cheap in Bharat will be washed ,only when we have the true knowledge and information about our own nation and really work to make Bharat a socially vibrant,physically sound,politically conscious,scientifically awaken,technologically advancing,militarily powerful and economically strong,Not only Govt.but we have to play our roles so effectively that the coming generation may not abuse as found of now-a-days------?

Now-a-days It has become a joke that the BJP Govt.promised to bring
Rs.15lakh into the ACs of the each and every Bhartiya,but after the
completion of one year,they have not been successful.The opposition is
very happy over the Govt.’s failure and making it a point before the
public as a failure forgetting that the educated people understand as to
why the money was sent out of Bharat ,Are they not guilty ?
Further, it is forgotten that people are educated both formally and informally now and easily calculate it that despite failure,this is true that the money has been squandered and safely deposited in the ACs of the Banks abroad,where National banks of America and others have openly refused to share the information.Besides ,even in the ACs shared have been found with no money ,for it has already been transferred safely or utilized in one or the other way.Luckily,this matter is under the strict supervision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Bharat. Secondly, the law, BJP is bringing is very tight and shall baffle and confuse all those who are now feeling happy.This is also the duty of the present Govt.to update the people about the steps taken and progress being made so that the secrets may be exposed, otherwise this will prove a self-suicidal step,for which the Govt.have to pay next time;an opportunity seen and backed by both the internal and external powers.However,over openly admitting it a blunder proves the straight forward approach of the Govt.and truth is partly admitted,but other parties are still far away !

Let Us Strengthen Our Relations at Home(Translation)Our country is very Unique,every day,there is festival.Parents live with us and every family member has become lovely and shares love.When mother is angry,she takes her sandle to welcome us and our head,laughingly we run out to save ourselves and father can not stop his laughter.But when the wife comes and adores home,mother shares her experience,this disturbs the wife who suddenly becomes dependent for free advice on her own family members.It makes us like a football being kicked from two sides.When wife appears,we keep mum,she interferes ethically,we neglect Mom in her absence which irks mother and she becomes angry and does not like to take food .After we see it happening ,we move to Mom and touches her feet with respect thinking her mind is broad and heart is soft ,she excuses us and we feel happy.When there is sun shining next day ,our faces are shining and salty milk adores our lips,laughingly ,we discuss the things..Big sister-in-law,big brother,Bholu nephew along with parents bring everything in the family,the secret of tight bond,this relation with love was never heavy for the life to be passed smoothly.But only A day is fixed for Mom now ,many a actors and people shall appear and shed tears and remembers the Mom,It brings wife "too happy"with so much love really pouring out .The best thing is from our culture and living,if it is disturbed ,the nation's thread shall be weak,those who oppose it enjoy their own way,not everyone who are devoted and dedicated only to strengthen the relationship.(Raj) |

To laugh is a good exercise and leaving Hyena,none is equipped with this great power.It reduces tension and keep ourselves and our life refresh and alive all the time.There is no denial of the fact that our life stretches in to basically three categories(1)our personal life (2)Professional life and (3)of course our social life.The management in between the three is not an easy task ,as it demands the placement in three different situation and the output may not suffer in is also kept in mind.The Boss has to behave and work keeping his administrative and professional temperament in view ,or a little informal approach disturb the firmament of the work, There was a politician ,it is said he laughed once in his life time,or some people are seen with their heads down all the time ,But it doesn't mean that the chances for laughing may go scot-free.Dr.Madan Kataria who devoted his whole life on this laughter therapy could successfully carried out it in 76 countries,for he believes that laughing for sometimes seeking the different situation.not only reduces the tension and stress ,but keeps us free from the various illness.In personal life,this can be used so much so that it becomes unbelievable.The answer to the question why life becomes unbearable after 45 years of age is because of reason and logic jumping in our debate.The whole knowledge and exercise is but a sort of mental exercise and in this age of Information explosion,none can control on information,but can use the information best suited to him or her.and in all other cases,let us laugh .If none becomes our friend ,let take mirror and see our face and laugh ,as if we were doing Hasyashan of Baba Ram Dev,Really it relieves ,Hence laugh and work and enjoy,,,,,,Life is a great gift.

Dr Subhash Chandra 's show on Z TV is really very inspiring and
encouraging at every step in life.His words still sound my years ,when
he says that the right time for the right opportunity for great work is
just now.Only thing is this that we have to but begin just now.I
remember,when I was a student ,I read an article that there was a
person,he took 125vows for the life to be achieved by him and he kept
that page always with him and very secretly and constantly he worked.When
he analysised ,leaving a few like his wish to visit moon,he almost
achieved every one.This time we have a great motivator like Dr.Subhash
Chandra who is just with us to inspire,Can't we take him as our Guide
and for the great work to start with promises with our friends who may
laugh today,but will share our achievement if really the dedication and
devotion also become the beacon to us.I start with------I am sure ,my

Finally-----It came to an End
It was at 5 p.m. on april, 26, 2015 ,that we received an order calling for an emergency meeting at collectorate ,Gorakhpur .This was called upon by the District Magistrate ,where the presence of all the officials at the district level was to be ensured. At that time ,People were shocked due to earthquake that brought havoc in Nepal, and also its adverse repercussions were deeply felt in this region, For the shaking experience was more than 6 times and time to time still it being felt, The people were so much scared that they passed their nights in the open . So,the general assumption was more or less related to this field .A very practical approach was adopted, when all the officials were given the task of help and support going to be given to the people adversely affected by the earthquake. It was An example of better ,effective and timely management in emergency and crisis and also a lively example of Crisis management by the District Administration, Gorakhpur. Within 1 hour, the entire scene was converted into reality with all the facilities required for the Relief Camp .A very active District Magistrate along with hisSSP, CDO, ADM(F)changed the field which gave a view as if it were a small town ready to serve the people with the top most medical facilities and a mini hospital, full- properly and guided security as seen controlling the people and guiding the vehicles in a very friendly and congenial way well suited due to their good conduct, Proper water and electric arrangements with bulbs shining and fans running and water tankers ready to serve and drinking water cans other than the packed bottles and the kitchen also ready to serve smartly to the people affected .The Department Of Secondary Education, Gorakhpur was entrusted upon the job of registration and announcements and Govt. Jubilee college,St.Andrews Inter College,TDMInter College,Janta Inter College Chargawan,Abhaya Nandan Inter college,Mahatma Ghandhi Inter College coming forward for these arrangements on behalf of the District Inspector of schools in Gorakhpur .What was very surprising to note was this that none seemed lacking in the energy ,but fully charged for the service to people in distress. The SBI too came forward with the ATM Facility machine and their staff members sitting with foreign currency Note exchange facility round the clock. The DIOS and BSA along with their staff members were actively involved for this great service .It will be a failure if we do not pay attention towards the work done by the Municipal Corporation, which brought toilets on wheels and bathing facilities, chairs, tables, sound box and audio-video aids .Another notable ,but striking point was about the NGOs and Civil Defense people who were there with entirely humanitarian approach .In a nutshell, it will not be out of order to comment that it was a smart town developed so suddenly. As expected the buses started plying to this town, the passengers coming down from the buses could be seen with their heads down and agony covering their faces , giving the impression that the terror of tremors of the earthquake were so heavily present.
The DM ,SSP,ADM(f), CMO ,DIOS , and their subordinates were there to ensure the proper use of the facilities. They interacted with the passengers and left no stone unturned in giving the best to the affected. Another interesting point was very much related to this aspect that only problem seen and found was this that no problem was lodged upon by any one. Whether day or night, the Roadways Buses and other vehicles were to carry the passengers to the destination as claimed. Thanks to the Bus drivers who never showed unwillingness at any point of time .The train facility in the co-ordination with the railways-officials,specially under direction by our Deptt. who also opened their counter to guide the people affected in the same spirit and manner, as if they were present on the railway station. It was seen that the timely serving the people with tea and biscuits& namkeen, lunch and dinner in co-ordination with the Civil Defence people was a live example of service to human beings. The Drs and teachers were very gently and friendly handle the delicate cases when it was seen that a mother who lost her children were senseless and a man whose entire family was buried in Kathmandu was taken care of.He was almost mad with no control on his tongue. Their crying and screaming were enough to break even the stone heart. The cases of Depression were normal, but very delicately handled. A few patients were admitted too due to their severe cuts and wounds. The cases of fever, rash, heart and BP cases, stomach problems were successfully controlled by the medical teams under the guidance and leadership of CMO .
Not only so, the foreigners were given the warm welcome and a live example of our culture to serve the foreigners to treat them with a pious spirit, Our friends from Nepal were unable to utter, but appreciated to the arrangement made. I had the opportunity to talk to a few and surprisingly, everybody appreciated the “Operation Maitri” in Nepal, which we are proud of our Armed Forces. And also the best arrangements made here in Gorakhpur(UP).
A programme meant for success came out with the flying colours was possible only due to active role by the Administrative officers who worked there, took food with them and passed their nights there. This stared from the 26th April continued till the last passenger was found on record and more than 12000people were served and the entire report collected in details lies with the computer staff for further reference. The success story takes us to acknowledge the great contribution through the leadership of DM,SSP ,CDOand ADM(F) ,who though at the time of great crisis gave a Home for stay away from their Home.
Before it is concluded ,Let us move to Indian Philosophy, which says,
“ rs lkSHkkX;ka euq”;s”kq ]drkFkkZa ]u`Ik fuf’pre LejfUr ];s Lekj;fUr mRd`”aV dk;Ze dys;qxs ”(The best work done(by some one in the field) during the period of Kal-Yug makes the king and the people pleased and safe and this is the fate and destiny of all the mankind also.)This great work done and performed under the guidance of The DM,SSP.CDO and ADM(F)along with their team shall be remembered with a deep sense of gratitude for a long time in the days to come. I myself feel very happy that this was the first time I have worked for more than 16hours a day. The work is recognized by one and all ---It is pertinent to mention of the supervision by the Commissioner,and IG ,Gorakhpur mandal everyday and the presence of leadership boosted evrybody's morale.Even the Hon'ble Minister IC visited the camp.Whosoever like NGOs,Drs,Public of Gorakhpur deserve the credit of utmost support rarely seen and Hence,as general layman reporting it shall requet to Govt.to specially reward the DM of the District --JaiHind
