018------------------------------Sleep !sound sleep is welcome .This is a great boon to humanity.Despite the fact that work at the cost of health is done,it is inevitable that “Sleep shall come”.The sleep is sound and adds colour to the beauty of the person reflecting innocence on the face and giving this challenge that work is menial before it.It may come anywhere .Let the sleep be enjoyed .'How foolish I was !' I slept that way'' shall come from the mouth when awaken and mother standby shall  utter, ''take care ,beta ! or you will be sick !''
But this blessing is only for a few. Though  no scientific  theory has traced the reason of its coming ,but other than ants almost every living being enjoy the sleep, which comes because of the work done during the day resulting into tiresomeness and the cells or rather neurons in the brain take rest .It is true that even the non-living items are tired of the work and they too take rest  in order to refresh for  the next schedule. But Alas ! crores of people are deprived of it and rather seen suffering from the Insomnia or the state of being sleeplessness. They are either patients or the prey of stress ,tension, depression. The only formula to overcome this state is to either take shelter under the Dr.’s treatment or advice or to think time and again that what ‘ can not be cured ,is to be endured.’ Or something lost of is beyond the human reach or as our forefathers left us in the domain of thinking that it was destined so. Of Course 1 That’s true ! or if not in the state of being disagreed ,what ‘can be done before the giant power of nature?’.Hence ,Life is the other name of compromise. A.G.gardiner has correctly said,that this quality of forgetfulness rests with the all other than human beings ,so causes the  sorrow from the past sad memories.But no option  ! the past sad memories are to be deleted and to be forgotten for the best tomorrow in the same way   as we forget our goggle, spec .hanky, umbrella or the items to be brought from the market. Only then everybody shall enjoy the sound sleep or as per formula 44 vogue in the country.
01----------------The picture of correct posture for the sleep is to be followed.
002-------------------Sleeping with the stomach down on the bed is unwelcome,for it disturbs the proper blood circulation.
003------------------Sleeping with the back down on the bed is said to be good.
004-------------Sleeping with snores indicate some problem to be removed with  the Yog and exercises. or a good formula to enjoy sleep by self and making others to "wake up".
005----------------Let no mosquito may disturb needs to be taken note of seriously.
006--------------The room might suit to our need and refreshing with the temperature under control.
007--------------The laborious work done  during day invite sound sleep on time.
008-------------It is not advisable to sleep during day ,though scientists believe that only half an hour sleep during the day equals 03 hours at night ,but is harmful, so Dr ‘s advice is essential.
009-----------------Tea / coffee / are not advised at night.
010----------------In India ,it is suggested that leg may be towards North and Head towards west for sound sleep.
011-------Bathing before sleep ,say at least 01 to 02 hours before is said to good to invite sound sleep.
012---------Counting no. from 100-------to 01 may  break our journey of counting and may suddenly  take us to the world of Sleep.
013------------Watching boring or heavy to bear with programme on TV is also found good to invite sleep.
014----------While Reading ,the curve with the understanding goes high into a few pages and suddenly link is broken and sweet sleep  comes.
015-----Some people suggest to the inhaling exercises to sleep,Babba Ramdev can give clues here.
016----- It is to be remembered that “ we go to bed -------When sleep will come “ depends on the situation as narrated above.
Otherwise ,Mom shall sing a song------- Moon is shining,Father is coming or Lalla lori,Doodh ki katori (Pot of milk )----------.
Eat,be marry and take sound sleep to be rich in the life ,as the poet advises us--------“Early to bed,Early to rise !
Makes a man healthy,wealthy and wise ”----hahhhahhhhehhhe !
However,Scientific studies have also warned that minimum 6 to 7 hours sleep is essential for the body,Research team from the UniversityHelsinki,Finland has created ," The apparatus attached on the bed  to record the sleep and its quality with heatbeats etc."Let Natural Sleep that too, sound comes,This,This is to be enjoyed only.
