               lEHkze% Lusgek[;kfr o iqjk[;kfr Hksktue AA                            " Man's conduct and behavior tells us about his family,Speech explains his nation,Honor and respect shows love and affection and no doubt,Body speaks of his food---" Who would like his stomach/ belly growing this way (as shown in this picture ) ;result of too much eating--------------------?



This is clear that our eatables decide our health .Small children  have been seen victims of the obesity the world over ,which is of grave concern.The changed life style,so humorously called modern style has given us more to suffer rather than to be  benefited . The Food habits are beyond control and without any standard.Whatever is available and whenever anything is seen,only concern is to eat and finish it.The Fast-food or Junk Food,has come in to being with much pomp and show  and their beautifully presentations allure one and all .Generally on the different occasion,people like to eat it forgetting that coming moments shall cause him /her numerous diseases  Besides,The family-members are becoming lazy and idle and do not take much interest in preparing the proper food ,but remain dependent on the fast food which they think ,saves the time,but the harm does not draw their  attention.
The fastly - changing civilization and the metros coming into existence  provide the packaged food or bring before us the fast or junk food.It needs to be checked immediately.It is said ,one chocolate is sufficient for us to walk upto one km in order to burn the fat ,we get in it.Scientific studies confirm of the storing of fats in the body which is mainly through fast  / junk food/cold drinks/Cheese/Ice-cream and it ultimately results into fatness or obesity.
The increase of the fat in the body and  less consumption is  comparatively  or Fat being deposited in the body is the other name of obesity.Merely an increase of   03kg weight  in body causes the additional weight -increase of 10 kg  on the knees  resulting in osteoporosis,blood sugar,heart-problems,gout,Mal-function by thyroid gland etc.,The need of the hour is to be aware of the ill-effects of Obesity.
However,no need to worry .the change is brought by the man in world.Whatever happened,is happened.The coming days may be the days of the relief.The sterling faith and staunch will power lead us to achieve anything in the life.The chart as per Calorie and follow up action may begin immediately.Besides,In India,The Beautiful picture ever taken  ; rather during the youth days,may be pasted on the place which attracts and draws our attention and efforts may be revived to control the obesity.Giving importance on food value in the place of taste value and chewing the food  and eating it slowly are suggestive  .Quite often,Taste makes us forget everything and too much eaten ,that too in this fast pace of life,is really unforgivable.Life is precious and of course our body machine more than that .Prepared with too much oil may be replaced by  steam-baked / grilled / boiled / ripe / or soya or olive  oil are to be preferred.At many a places,people like lai (baked rice)-gram which is useful to body.Exercises / Asans / Pranayam / cycling / swimming / Jogging / Eve-Morning walk / playing / or other sports activities /or use of lukewarm water  are good to health.The measuring   weight time to time  is welcome as and when required.Attention is to be paid during the parties/festivals/occasions.
Drinking water time and again throws out the waste from the body.Potato/Biscuits/sweets/sugar be under the control and strictly as per the Dr.advice.Fruits like 
1-----Apple --------------------(Full of fiber, vitamins,minerals,and after all,it activates metabolism).
2-----Pine-apple-----( Fibers,no cholesterol,anti-oxidant,minerals  and has 85 % of water )
3----Coco-nut------(fb, ABC Vitamins ,no cholesterol or fat ,source of immediate energy,and improves digestion ).
4-----Avocado--------(9 fatty acid ,fat coverts into energy )
5----grapes-------(juicy,fb ,C easily digestible)
6-----Straw-berry-----(Harmon available reduces fat,less calorie,beneficial to heart)
7----Water melon-----(92 % water. fb,anti-oxidant,C & A,Lichopin--Found useful in reducing weight up-to 33 %.)
These above-cited fruits and many a others have minerals,vitamins,increase the blood circulation,Make the immune system strong,Improve digestion,and toxins in body are thrown out.
Besides,oranges, (but avoid banana or under control ) ,Vegetables and salad including ,Carrot,Tomato,Onion,broccoli  etc are suggested too.Watching TV too much further makes the situation critical and if more than 01 hour a day results in our behavior becoming aggressive ,obdurate and sticky.Besides,watching and eating ;both together can not run .It invites too much eating.
Listening music ; both vocal or instrumental,consuming energy , mental exercises like chess,puzzle solving,badminton or running brings a lot of benefits.Be happy attitude is welcome.In USA,one programme on thinking ;positive and negative was conducted .Positive is like chain reaction involving and increasing the positivism,making the relation happy and healthy.Extreme Negativity  compels  the person either to commit   suicide or make him mad to do wrongs to others ;both the crime of heinous nature and condemned word wide.Depression,giddiness,Tension etc. mars our life, they need to be controlled.
About 2 arab people are still the prey of mal-nutrition and 1.4  arab children suffering from the increase in the weight and in totto , the obesity has gripped 250 crore children.87 crore children do not get food as per calorie.The Govts. have to spend about 2100 arab dollar only on the fight against the mal-nutrition.The report published by the  AFO ,UNO is surprising that the world is going in the grip of Junk   /fast food resulting into obesity and mal-nutrition.The coming days shall adversely affect the world economy and the govts may be bound to spend 5 % of their GDP or upto 3500 arab dollar.Hence,Let us be alert from the taste value products,Strive for the food value products needs to be developed right from beginning.
Nothing wrong is there in doing exercises,yog and pranayam,taking Green tea, Being More active,Drinking a lot of water,Enjoying the sound sleep,Eating the Fresh food and vegetables,Chewing the food in order to make it more liquid in the mouth ,intake of juicy products,Going to Zim,Even involving in the co-curricular activities like Dancing,singing,Playing in the field,or Going on Morning and Evening walk etc. or what the Dr.suggests us to do !,For Health is real wealth !
