The saint  pays heed and attention
He seeks the means to reach
The pleasure equals the night
Whether within home or at beach

The river roars ,not the sea
The river is lost within
It never disturbs the sea

The peace Supreme embraces
No malice comes from Yog
When lost in the vast Sea
It never brings any jerk or jog

 (jerk and shock)

The mind realizes the real power,
No wish or will is left within
No Attachment, No arrogance
Mo malice remains within

No conflict Is seen within
The real satisfaction and contentment
