0152---Misbehaviour By MLA in Rajasthan

0152-------Mr.Prahalad Gunjal ,an MLA from Kota has brought disgrace to the BJP as a whole party,for he has tarnished the image of a disciplined political party of India.The language he used was not only vulgar,but reflective of his mindset of ancient times.The Medical officer is a key post,a person has to burn his whole youth and life to reach the place ,where he stands today.Unfortunately ,Modern Dadas  like him appear and take no time in tarnishing the whole career within a minutes.The service to the people by the Dr.spread over the career ,but speak of achievements after achievements in curing the patents which is in itself self-satisfying and rewarding to a Dr.whom we call next to God.The matter of prime concern is this that these people are for the legislation,,Being devoid of practical problems of the field,they dictate their terms and conditions unlawfully if dissatisfied with the service in their area,they may better approach the Principal secretary of the Deptt.     ,or may frame the rules as per their wishes.The administrative machinery has to act according to what is dictated to ,or Besides,the Govt.officials are answerable to their Deptt.,people and of course the Hon'ble Court.The recent verdict by Hon'ble Court that the records are to be maintained ,as to what the People representatives direct  to the performing of the work in their field.  The Govt.officials'lethargic attitude and running away from  facing of the problems further create more critical and embarrassing situations leading to act of this nature  .However,none is above the rule of law and none has  to show the power on the ground and will no leave any stone unturned in doing and causing harm to the Govt.official on the ground. simply because of the arrogance,they possess.It has become difficult for the Govt.officials to work for the people because of the presence of such leaders and their sycophants .The Dr.'s strike is a call to finish an end to such type of person .Until and unless arrested and sent to Jail,they should not bow down,otherwise they will raise their heads every time. The sigh of relief is from the BJP which has already initiated the disciplinary action by suspending him,But previously also ,this action was taken against him during the Gurjar Movement.More  is to be done by initiating lawful action against him ;making him realize that he belongs to 21st century and he is the servant of the people,Not the Boss.
