Kudos ! to the Directorate of Police in UP that much awaited decision has come on the constable recruitment problem in considering the OBC certificate for the period from 2..04.2012 to 20.08.2013 for the candidates who failed to produce last time.Not only, ample time is given,but no stone is left unturned in making it more feasible and within the approach of the candidates who could go to the Tehsil and may place their problem ,On the specified proforma,it is issued then and there.What is striking is the co-ordination in between Police and the tehsil authorities.What I noticed to day that despite every efforts,some candidates are still found lacking in the proper information and are very lethargic ,lazy and unable to work on time,for they still need the training even for their future ,for their timely collection of the certificates is still beyond their imagination absolutely due to their attitude and work.I watched today a few candidates forgot to bring the certificates and much to my surprise,I saw the nodal officer SP Traffic in Gorakhpur not only giving best of pieces of advice to the candidates in sufferance ,but established co-ordination with the tehsil and within time the problem was resolved .At the same time,the candidates coming from other districts were not so lucky,however only one candidate was found succumbed to his fate.The noticeable thing of today has been a very powerful,merciful, sympathetic ,and benign approach by the Police,which compelled to assess that the friendly side of the Police is always neglected.This change in both work and conduct and irresistible patience for the support and help to the needy comes from the Police ,though under heavy pressure from every side and corner.
