Demonetization --A Strong Decision

A Voice of Common Men 

Whatever may be the reason whether a few leaders are against the sudden ban on 500/1000 note in the country ,the country shall gain in the long run is the hope of everyone.the reasons are;

1-The security of the country has been strength ed and anti-national activities have come to stand still, For such activities ,No -1 currency is not possible to be used, Till now the country was suffering from the problems in,Kashmir, Northeast region and Naxalites problems in the particular.It has a great and big stroke on them.

2- Secondly ,the people will feel hesitant in keeping it safe in the homes or offices, Ban on the 5000 Rs note by Janta Govt brought many a people on the protest, but ultimately was found useful for the Nation.

3-The black money shall put a ban on the Gold ,for people thought to use it as an alternatives, The Govt have strictly put a close eye ,for the immediate shift was on the gold and a hike of rs 4000-5000 was immediately seen.

4-Just now the Govt have not met with the hike in value of Rs ,but after sometimes people feel that the increase in the value of the currency shall revive the economy and exchange with the foreign currency shall fill our reservoirs .Payment side shall be strong.

5-The money either collected or in reserve shall give the chance for the Govt to launch many a social security schems.The voice of common people confirm that the reserve due to oil prices down in the International market has already fetched a lot for the Govt and now collected this way shall lead the Govt to go for infrastructure- changes or investment in this field, However expenses on the maintenance and reviving the sick units like fertilizer factory in Gorakhpur  on the major scale shall provide with the opportunities for employment generation  which is immediately to be met with.

6-------------------I personally feel that the time to purchase cars is ripe now ,for the companies understand the situation and they shall launch lucrative offers just to maintain the car sell –continuity, But the prices are not down as to be felt, Besides ,this is true that those who were in the habit of changing the cars everyday shall definitely fail to pay the rest installments on the larger scale ,hence opportunity for those who are planning to purchase the second hand ones.

7--------------------Option for the people to utilize the Black money was in the field of Real estate ,but strike on the Black money has closed the options now, I think the ban and conditions on withdrawal have the hopes in the Black market.

8------------------Now the Govt can say the lack of Money ,even Taxation and the penalty for and upto 200% have fetched a lot of money ,This is the high time that after the normalcy comes ,more schemes ,basically the focus on the social security schemes for the poor with out any caste ,creed and culture should be started afresh or effectively implement those already existing.

9---------------The long term benefit is for the common men ,for those who lost their currency in the black shall take a long time to come on the track ,for they are in the coma.

10-------------This is also true that the market shall not find the boom in the economy just now, for the people will like to save more rather than go for  spending. we may pass through the critical period of Depreciation or mandi.The Govt have to come forward .

11---------------The rising prices shall be down in almost every field,Hence within the reach of everymen .But this is also the fear that  the stockpiles may go wasted..

12-------------Definitely ,the hoarding habits of the people shall be jeopardized and the money shall be in circulation.

13---------------The economists believe that this step shall bring the balance in between import and export ,for we would have the sufficient reserve of the currency and the payment will not create more difficulties. It may lead to the inflation to be down and down. For our side shall be strong

14----------------The parrel economy of the Black money shall come to an end and the bribery shall be stopped ,for people do not have the sufficient money to make the payment,However,the gold shall open the avenues ,But fortunately,the Govt have taken serious steps and put a curb right from the beginning and it must continue ,for everyone is under its pressure.

15--------------Though,the Public is surprised over the issue of the 2000 Rs note ,for neither the big one and the small businessmen are today accepting the note in the Khudra market,For they feel heavy on the small notes to be given in exchange.

16-------------500 Rs note has come in the market and coming days shall find the decrease in the problems of today;

17---------------—The experts believe that the fake currency encouraged the anti- national activities ,and terrorists have suffered a setback. Reports coming confirm that Naxals themselves buried 12000 crore of the Rs giving clear cut indication that it was the black money,Besides their network is also destroyed .The information further confirm that they have no money even to feed themselves and this is the happy news .The Govt agencies should take initiative to bring them in the national mainstream.

18--------------The stone pelting in Jammu and Kashmir has stopped ,for they were paid this black money and fake currency.

19---------------The satta Bazar in India has been seriously paralyzed and people do not have money to spend with,or the previous experience confirm that  even the cricket matches saw a lot of black money on the stake.

120-------------------Some people believe that the Hawala market and money laundering are almost on the bed –ridden .This has been stopped ,otherwise ,the money was coming even through the multi-nationals for anti social and anti-national activities ,The Ford has already been questioned.

21-----------------This is also heartening  to note that the wastage of the money and the increasing gap in matters like marriages has been curbed. The dowry is a social evil ,All accept it ,but openly can not say at the time of spending.The limit to Rs.250,000 shall stop the misuse of the money.

22------===—The Govt shall get more money in the form of Tax collection,For the people shall tend to spend either through the ATM or netbanking.Prior to it ,the Black money has caused a great loss to both the State and centre Govt.For example, I have noticed that during my stay in Allahabad ,the hotel while proving food do not give the receipts to many a  customer and hence save both vat and sales tax .However ,spending this way, shall fetch a lot of tax to the Govt.

23---------------------People shall have to develop the habit of making the payments on time and Govt bills like light and water shall witness the increase .In UP itself it is believed that last year about 90000 consumers paid light bill by this time ,but now it is doubled, Though dispensing with the old currency is also a factor.

24--------------------—However,the political parties shall avoid using the money in anti social activities like liquor distribution or vote bank on the basis of money.

25-------------------------Now both the businessmen and consumers shall be developing the habit of transactions in the no-1 form benefitting the Govt at the end and money this way shall be used for the Development work.

26----------------- When there is no black market and shortage of the currency ,There shall be inflation under control ,otherwise a few people do not pay heed to the value of money and make the misuse of it.

27------------------However the healthy system shall be seen coming in the stream .Our bad habits like misuse of the money shall be stopped and the country shall witness the emergence of the New Era.

28--------------------RBI-ex Governor K.SubbaRao has also spoken in the favor ,for he believes that this decision shall make a decrease and short of “Cost of Fund” to the bank leading them to disburse the loan on low interest rates which shall benefit the consumers in the long run.

29-------------------------Further he believes that Real estate shall suffer a lot due to the Black money which found its way in this sector. High prices  for homes shall come down.
30------------------------Only 3 % Govt servants paid real income  tax for the Govt ,For there is no miscalculation ,Now many a sector shall come under its purview.

31---------------The economists also believe that this shall lead a increase 0f .5 to 1 % in the GDP .The Govt shall get more than 75000 crores of the Rs which shall be used in different projects.

32---------------—The economists say that it shall benefit in the long run and consumers shall also see the decrease in the interest rates and they shall purchase many a things.For example if you want to purchase car,The Maruti and Mahindra have launched the scheme on zero balance in Gorakhpur itself.The dreams shall come true.

33-------------------—People shall develop the habits of the investment and money shall come to the Govt.However mandi may also come.
34------Those who talk of of and are worried of the poor and small scale workers did not remember ,when in the name of liberalization,china controlled our system ; completing paralyzing the poor ones and filled in the market ,who came for their rescue forward.
35----The western agencies confrim that during the previous rule,more than 3.5lakh crore money in the form of black money was sent out /abroad.

36-----------------------------The transparent system shall come ,but by how much time shall be dependent on the administrative measures taken by the Govt.

Hence, both the state and centre should work together ,for it is going to benefit the both Govts.

37--------------The Govts have belied even Prof Kennes Theory that de-monetization creates a state  of unrest and uproar ,It appeared in the beginning ,but the people on the large  scale supported the program 38---------.However ,the after effects are serious too on the lower strata of the society and it must draw the Govt attention  for their damage control.The Govt too accepts that there shall be sufferings too and Hence damage control with concrete steps is very much required.
