0128----The battle in between Baba Ram Pal along with his subordinates and the Police came to an end with the arrest of Baba who really committed a blunder of serious nature. He forgot that Law is law and none, howsoever,   he /she may be powerful ,is  above the law. People forget that our nation  , despite every sort of problems is undoubtedly a Super Power in the world. Being the largest democracy, the fundamental rights are guaranteed to the people, wherein we have the right of preaching and working towards our age-old culture which does not mean that anybody out of frenzy due to the increased no. of the followers has the right to fight back the constitution itself. The so called Baba’s preaching’s are against  the constitutional framework. Taking bath with the milk and then preparing food- kheer /sweet dish with that milk speaks of Baba’s lunacy and exploiting the poor people with their little know-how.

There goes an old proverb that uneasy lies the head which wears the crown, as this crown brings a no. of enemies always waiting for the opportunity to strike back and making the life at stake. Many a people resort to their private security and are seen dependent on it. The increased no. of terrorists’ activities have made the firmament worse and insecure  and people amass the arsenals , But this does not mean that they will use it for assault on our armed forces. Whenever and wherever such happenings occur, No option other than what has happened in Hissar is resorted too.

Baba ,if not guilty, as he declares had every opportunity to access to the Hon’ble Court and could prove his innocence .Thanks to our hon’ble court where we have not only trust ,but are safe and secure in their hands ,otherwise the present scenes in the country have made life at stake, But he failed, now all what happened is sufficient to let him remain behind the bar in the days to come.

This whole episode speaks of the carelessness on the part of the Govt.on the one hand and raises the high-handed approach with the umbrella of security promises on the other hand. The timely action, which the administration fails due to vote-bank politics and fear of action of the party in power, worsened the situation .The same fate we witness in this whole drama.

Another question of apprehension emerges that whether this is a part of conspiracy against the preachers of Hinduism only or has opened the new avenues before the armed forces to crack down against the preachers of other sects and religion, wherein we have seen 54 summons served ,SDM slapped and an act of treason by inviting the Prime-Minister of enemy country ,that too at a time when our armed forces were engaged with  the fight on the border and in the midst of anti-voice by each and every Indian or new party in power being attempted to be maligned by sheer politics .Let us wait and watch ,at least the people have condemned this act of Baba Rampal in strong words presently.
