0108----Teachers Zindabaad
0108--------------------The Suspension of the IAS officer Shri Abhishek Singh over the misbehavior with a teacher is a welcome step by the Govt.of UP.This is the right message given that whosoever may be or holding the big office is not above the law ,for the role played by one and all ,despite his or her position in the society ,is crucial and significant.
The credit goes to the Govt.of UP over circulating the Govt.order earlier too that teacher is a respectable person and misbehavior in any form shall be unbearable and disciplinary action shall be initiated. What the Govt.said,this is the action in form of result.
As teacher, I strongly condemn this heinous act of this IAS officer who seems himself to be the only Hero for the service of the nation relegating the importance of the teachers in the society .But, Govt. have given him a befitting reply. He happens to be of the mentality as before a senior IASofficer claimed himself and his fellow officers as of cream of the society and neglecting the others 'role.It is clearly and very candidly accepted by the Radhakrishnan Commission that Administration may serve as a support to the Education ,but can not administer its dictates, For both the stream are entirely poles apart. The teacher is always a teacher and as recently The Prime Minister of India acclaimed him to be a creature who never retires and serve the society. The Nation always looks to him .This is true also ,.I remember that way back, Dr.LV.Reddy,senior IAS officer was murdered in Nagaland though surrounded by the full security and Teacher serves there in the midst of the people and get respect. The contribution of the teacher worldwide is but a matter of pride and grace. India celebrates Teacher's Day on 5th of Sept.every year and world celebrates the World teacher's day on 5th of Oct. every year ,so is the case with every nation. No IASday is celebrated anywhere .But as Lord Acton has clearly asserted that "power makes the man corrupt and Absolute power absolutely."So is the case with a few ,say hardly 20% of the IAS officers, for previously also, DIOS of Aligarh was arrested simply because of his failure over giving the satisfactory answer to his IAS boss in the meeting. On taking it as result of insult by the teaching community ,the Govt.had to immediately transfer him.Cases of Insult result either out of the work under pressure or failure due to thinking along the lines of What mr.Buch,a senior IAS officer pour out every where .Not only so ,one of the IAS officers said on the TVShow that "we are the best,selection one time only give us what we need in the society,even after retirement ,we are sent by the Govt.as ambassador or chairman of the Coommittee ”.Thanks to the Hon'ble court, when the appointment of an IAS officer as the Chairman of the Judicial Commission by the Centre Govt. earlier was rejected only because of his non-judicial work.
Despite the 67 years of the Independence ,the dual policy of education still serves the purpose of the nation but of the a few ,whereas the examination and the framework prepared caters to their need (I mentioned it in my earlier article written about civil services on my Blog"Srajan").Prof.of Sociology from Jamia Milia University ,New Delhi once remarked that if gilli and danda becomes the parameter of selection,the poorest of the poor shall get a chance.The present system ,in other words serves the purpose but of the few,so after selection ,their set mental make-up brings into the conflict and crisis with the people or the officers of the other cadre which need to be seen and judged impartialy..
However,this action is welcome step,all the teachers-community must ,taking as a Insult pass the memorandum of the condemnation and extend thanks with a deep sense of gratitude and obligation to the Govt.of UP for the great support to a national cause.

Everybody is crazy about his/her photographs and everyone likes to keep them safe and secure throughtout the life.This is the Photograph that reminds us everything about our life.If anything
is invaluable ,this is the photograph.But Do we know ?
1-19th August is celebrated as "The World's Photography Day".
2-Prior to its coming in the existence,the world dpended upon the Painters who used piece of cloth or paper for their paitings or photography.
3-Even if we go back to the stone age culture,the man tried on either the stone pieces or wall paintings.
4-Obscura Camera then,came into eixistence,but with a no.of drawbacks.
5-The fater of Photography is known as "Joseph Neisfore Neefse" from France who took the Ist photo from the camera in the 16th century.But it took 8hours to finish .
The changes with improvement were made byLouis Deguire who reduced the time upto 1/2 hours for the Photo-taken to be seen.
6-France is credited with the achievement of the First photo of the Man taken byLouis Deguire in 1838
7-First Public Gallery inaugurated in the Name of "The Pencil of Nature" is credited to William Henry Fox Telbott who also invented the Negative used earlier.The other copies of the Photos was made possible this way.
8-The coloured photo first time was made by James Clark Maxwel in 1861.The colours he used were Green,Red and blue.
9-The first Camera with Reel having the capacity of taking 100 photos at a time was invented by George Eastman in 1888 for the Co.Kodak.
10-The first Digital camera came into existence with the discovery of En.Stevan for Kodak Co.in 1975.
11-Kodak made disk for camera in 1983.
12-Phtoshop software was developed in 1990
13-Ist camera phone was made by Japan in 2000 just enabling everyone with photography .
14-Unfortunately ,the the major contribution by the co.Kodak in the field of photography succumed to its closure due to financial fiasco and Co.is recently closed.

0106---Life
0106------One day one man was going somewherein the forest ,Suddenly He fell in a well,nearby stood a tree ,He was lucky,he could catch the branch of the tree,before he could fell in the well.After a few minutes,he was surpised to see that there were 03 big snakes or rather python looking towards him and waiting for him as their prey.Above him,two rats were eating the root of the branch of the tree.Suddenly,an elephant came there and gave a big shock to the tree and started eating it gradually and gradually.The shaking of the tree forced bees leaving their nest on the tree and hovering above.Suddenly,a sweet drop of honey touched his lips.So dead tired and afraid of he was ,that drop touched his lips and gave him solace and relief.One after the other drop fell and he enjoyed .He forgot where he was.Suddenly God Shiva passed that way.His heart was filled with pity for him .He gave his hands to save his life ,but he was lost in the sweetness of the Honey ,for he felt Honey is life and cared for nothing-------?So is the case of with our life.This world is transient and life "full of fury signifying nothing".Rats stood for Days and Nights.Elephants signify the Pride of the man ,the bigger is the pride ,the bigger is elephant with more power to exercise,Branch of the tree is the age or life in this world and snakes stand for Death waiting for our turn to come.Whatever we do just goes on the sand of the time.Good deeds at least make this journey in life more easier ,and bad deeds imprint the days to be numbered.Even big dictators repent in the courtroom.Life is a Gift to everyone and in the name of killing the innocent people in any way is but depriving him/her this right.Let us work for the Goodness to all.{Based on the Story as Narrated by Swami RamKrishna Paramhans,Spiriitual Guru of Swami Vivekanand )

0105-----Pakistan'sAttitude
Yesterday night,How awesome was it to watch the live debate on the "Times chhanel",when we heard a Pakistani retd.Admiral frankly admiiting that Pakistan shall go to anybody else;even shaking hands with Taliban or others and will not allow us to live in peace,if they are misfortunate and patting his back ,he uttered that India is scrared of Pakistani army and ISI.On our Defence Minister's warning that "any adventurism"shall be unaffordable,infuriated the pakistani Govt. and the bluff ,threat ,intimidation after intimidation started pouring in and reaching any threshold shall compel them for the use of Nuclear war.Every body shall laugh at this comment .
Our military experts feel that the limited war due to various issues shall lead to war one day,but Nuclear is no option.In case ,as a last resort ,if it happens ..Pakistan;1/5 th of our territory and equal to the population of UP state only may cause us a great harm ,but with limited in depth and easy vulnerability of pakistan for its loss on the major scale is not being discussed with by their military experts..However ,it seems that Pakistan is becoming dysfunctional state with its head as poor fellow who always fail in his diplomacy and maintaining the administratively strong control,it hapened in the kargil war also.The easy way of diverting the attention of the people ,the Pakistan Govt.harp on the India,trying to win or rather divert people's attention.But,how far shall it sustain with,any General might have been in the search of becoming Gen.Parvez Musarraff ,,though a very discredited man today.
Since there were 62 time violation of ceasfire and not only so even ,the exchange of sweetmeats on the occasion of Bakar-Eid was not entertained.The failure on their part of internationalising the issue has rather frustrated them ,and terrorising the people by sending their own men as terrorists and killing innocent people brought them nothing ,but made us strong to fight them back and uprooting from our land and further complete failure of their diplomacy is the resultant of enslaving themselves into the hands of their own army.Whenever any duly elected Govt.comes to power inPakistan,the internal or rather immature democratic values there make them subservient to the army ;known for de-estabiling the Govt .as happened earlier too.Mia Nawaj Sharif wearing imported clothes and costly shoes ,as their TV shows criticised who takes much care of himself ,rather than the people of Pakistan.,seems to them easy prey.Besides,the failure on the domestic fronts gives them a kashmir issue which is a sensitive issue there and more sensitive to us too.Simply diverting the people attention brings them in confrontation with India.The people of India are very strong and political infights are but the reflection of matured democracy.Earlier too,the PrimeMinister was unanimously supported by all including all the political parties too, when confronted with pakistan.Duly elected strong Govt.and one voice once again confirms the strong retaliation which,even Admiral admitted is not good in anybody's interest.The recent happenings on the borders have caused a great havoc killing innocent people and loss of property on the both sides.The whole land of Pakistan belongs to India,but division as happened in 1947 shall not repeat itself.The previous war fought caused a lot of damage ;still being realized.The war fought now shall cause global impact,Pakistan must realize it.The patting their back because of the nuclear weapon they have must also make them understand that India is hydrogen power and fully capable of destroying their own weapons on their land itself resulting in heavy casulties and loss of their irreparable economy and no doubt,the repurcussions to us shall also have long lasting effect.
The opposition in Pakistan must realize that they failed to win the people's mandate and in order to come to power ,they must learn the lesson from our opposition .Their opposition must support their Govt.in resolving the issues like Education to all,Poverty,Unemployment,control on terror ,floods,Health programmes and basic amenities to all etc.
Since they are our neighbour ,definitely,core issues shall remain alive all the time and one solution for ever is never possible,the Democracy is mature in India ,everybody now believes in development here,so the Govt.of Pakistan must realize it and learn lesson for their people and avoid the blunt diplomacy of venom -filling against India.
However,one very good news has come from Swedon ,when two persons-Malala Yusufzai and Kailash satyarthi have won nobel-prize for peace ,thus beginning a new Era ,for the Prize goes to peace.Let us wait for the good results coming out of the contribution to these important bodies,whom we can now congratulate with a new hope ----and new result and presently with a sigh of relief that guns are now silenced on the borders.

(02) He gave places for the 25% of women as ministers in his cabinet.
(03)He is very honest person,even American intelligence report confirms it.
(04)When he was a boy,he went to Himalayas in the search of Spiritualism,but he dreamt being blessed by God that his place was not there,he is sent to serve the nation.
(05)His is the charismatic personality,His presence makes a difference.The central Govt.. employees come to their office on time.
(06)He appealed to the poor people of India to open their bank accounts with zero balance in the nationalised banks,surprisingly,more than 04 crores of ACs were not only opened,An amount exceeding 1500 crores of Rs. was deposited people.
(07)He has become Ist Indian Prime Minister to be honoured in the Madison Square ,There was the presence of a such huge crowd and more than 50000 people were standing outside who could not get the tickets on time.
