085-------------Prime Minister Modiji's support of Rs.10000crore to Nepal and Rs.4400crore to Bhutan is going to rewirte the history a new way.Acharya shri Ram Sharma once wrote,"We must divide our bread and share it wiithout any grudge."Since India is a big and reponsible nation,the prime concern is to extend as much as support as possible to our neighbours and help them to the extremes tide over the many a problems existing .A little negligence in international relation sometimes becomes the bone of contention and destined to face for ever ,as happened in the case of Tibbet,where our carelessness not only deprived a Nation to survive independently,but a problem for ever.The expansionist policy of China and staunch believer of it has aggravated to problems with almost every neighbouring Nation like Japan,India,Taiban,Vietnam and so on and so forth.This help to our neighbours and again and again in the future will always enliven and strengthen the relationship in between .My personal perception in opposing ; to what others say that India is a poor country and our economy doesn't support is not correct ,but an attempt to deviate the attention.The world economy passes through a critial phase and national budget with deficit financing is seen even in the Developed Nation and yet they sit together and sort out problems.India may save a lot of money only through the improvement in the administrative measures and the financial discipline . This step by the Govt of India deserves a lot of praise and appreciation and a step towards creating a happy,healthy and congenial environment and atmosphere.Bangaladesh,SriLanka and Pakistan also need the better relation with confidence building measures.

082-----------------Very recently  on  TV,I saw many penalists talking of C-set and English in Civil services examination.Most of them were highly talking of aptitude and English to be made compulsory for the civil services aspirants.How unfortunate is this that everybody was of the view that both of the above are not only important ,but required for the day to day business.The aptitude tests in the name of judging the managerial skill of the candidates is but a part of conspiracy to deprive the major portion of population to be away from this prestigious service.The selection of the students ,more particularly ,from Hindi speaking belt and rural India before 2011 was 24.5% as on average,but after 2011 it is 3%

.The armed forces conduct various examination  .No candidate is ever tested on flying an aircraft or shooting and after selection,they give the best training to the standards and each and every soldier is ever-ready to face and meet with any of the adverse situation or problems..The coming years will require more of their skills other than those of the beauraucrates .After proper selection.the weaknesses amongst the candidates selected  is not difficult to be removed.

Prior to 2011,the selected candidates have served and are serving the nation without any question.No great change is perceieved by those selected afterwards.The irksome is the situation that prior to 2011,even a son of rikshawwala's was selected,whereas the higher-ups figure a failure.Hence,such a change was found necessary to serve the purpose,but of the few.One of the penalists said,'Oh ! It (Englsih) is of 7th standard.How befooling is it that a CBSE student of 7th standard knows better than a graduate.The double standard in imparting education is in itself defeating the very purpose of the Equality.I ,as belong to very rural area,learnt English ,after graduation and improved my skills only after I joined kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan ,where the students come from  a conscious and the educated families.The environment of that nature is missing in the rural India.The moment I learnt the language ,it was too late,other than becoming a philosopher,nothing is left now.

One more important point is this that for a Hindi speaking person without the knowledge of English ,he will suffer in Tamilnadu ,but whatabout in Northeast.Everybody does'nt know English in this country.If the UPSC feels it urgent for the managerial skill,let their be complete selection from the Management colleges,why ITians and others are being befooled.

The learning language is good,and only 300 words are sufficient for any new language to learn,but instead of matter/content,the skills,personality traits or innovative qualities may be given due importance.

The developed nations witness and invest only on innovative universities at present.The students on strike are correct to feel that those talking this way get fat salary and they have done nothing ,instead of creating the class of " Haves" or" Haves not",everytime aggravating to the problems and finding the ways to serve only their vested interest.Prof.of Sociology from Jamia Milia University in Delhi once spoke on TV,''If Gilli and danda is included in the syllabus,the standards shall be changed in the same way ,as today's syllabus has befooled many a deserving candidates " 

So far as Aptitude is concerned,The civil services witnessed the selection of the candidates from the Elite class and their children ,who behaved in way other than those with qualities as if imported from outside .After 1980,the whole scenario was changed, and this service invited one and all from  all walks of life ; irksome to many a person holding high offices who always insist on creating a separate class in the society forgetting that India is a developing nation and the administrative services need the contribution and inclusion from every walk of life.

081--------------  Time came to Bid Adieu !

It was on the 19th of July,2014 ,The New principal came and joined his services in the Govt. Jublie  Inter  College,Gorakhpur (UP) ;the name and fame requires no mention .Though the transfer is the natural process in the govt. service, one is to follow as and when order from Higher ups come, however ,it breaks the process of on-going work with devotion and dedication ;further breaking the suddenly developed repot and relation with the staff and students ,whose untiring efforts and support make everything possible ,even hard nut to crack. The destination decided to be achieved is not only time consuming ,but involves the contribution of many a person whose talents earned/achieved and sustained through various courses in life paves the further course of action .This view ,at least, is relieving ,for The poet also sings, everything is important and plays its role in spite of the size –big or small. “The old order changeth  yielding a place to new ”and End is better  known to either God or hidden.

 The role played effectively and that too with interest with better performance and result is a sign of relief and enhances the prestige when recognized and appreciated by others.

                    Furthermore , coming to help to the leader for enabling him to achieve the targets and objects and that too without any grudge and complaint is really a great prize in itself, though a short duration of 07 months is hardly time giving to listen to all and their ideas being recognized.

I take this opportunity to extend my deeply heart  felt thanks to one and all for their support, help, love ,untiring efforts and work and of course result. The Good result with 93% in High School and 98% in Inter  and infrastructural changes in the college shall remind many a person and place us all in their good book for a long period of time , For society appreciates of the work Good ! When seen,it pricked me at heart and suddenly felt
,"Had world renowned environmentalist  been present,he would hve taken the strict measures against the culprit."
But,What to do! Life is replete with examples ,  or it is easy to listen  or  more easier to preach but difficult to follow.The examples simply keep us alert time to time ,Upto what level shall they have under their pressure ,only God or the person at sufferance  knows.
"Fly away ! Thou art born for that " could convince a prisoner in England ,when came out of jails who purchased all the birds and just after let them be free.For flying in the sky,the bird says"Freedom is life"
This is the freedom which comes in man's life,but the society takes it away,everynow and then ,putting the pressure.The war breaks out and life of some one aspiring for freedom goes.Thanks to French Revolution ;though no thanks is ever given to any revolution,for giving freedom ,equality and brotherhood.how difficult is it to maintain,only a great soldier knows it.He melts his personality to let the air of freedom pass our way.

On everything being normal,I had to explain the reason and the necessity to save the life of "the innocent ones"
.Howsoever,the inductive logic of saving the Earth with its flaura and fauna prevailed with the result to be ok.The world is partial,the man has developed everything in the name of the humanity towards his own interest.Other creatures crave for the love and affection of their master on the earth.
"He" remained with me at my home,but distressed and disturbed.For a few days it was ok,but lonliness as seen was somewhat deepening ------------I felt,Company he needs.This is where God might have relised ,the life might go on only in the company of Two.The absence of one enhances the importance of other.No logic ,but Love ,really the intertwinning force narrating something -----beyond description checks and balances the Life.
I had no option ,but to manage for "She" and it succeded ."She" too came.
 The first day was a unique day "He" was somewhat shy and was seen maintaining a distance.Out of shyness and also the obduracy on the part of "She' led to maintain the distance too.Love at First sight may be true for Shakepearean heroes ,but here it seemed to be failed.
However, those poor "ones" forgot that the inquisitive eyes of others were on them and any out of  each and every second may be a turning point .
Gradually and gradually days were running,the littile melting of emotion seemed to be going for a new story to be written anew.The idea that siting with a net will bring a bird in cage oneday seemed gaining ground.the Eyeballs were rolling with something to say.
The interest to know and read about them like an intruder in the  world for something to know first and than sharing with others suddenly caught me .Their activities or any movement was a point for me to entertain my self.
At this stage,as in the human world ,the child feels ashamed first at "her"sight , but runs towards his home and secretly enters his room and stands  before the mirror ,suddenly taking out his comb with  shirt-collers to be right  and fiiting to be checked with smile after smile  naturally running in between the dimples go ahead of narrating something which our pen failed to ------.
"He" was also seen behaving the same way with every care to his body and living hibitat,a little mistake may leave the scorches to be seen and repent in the later part.
None is loved ,but Love is blessed in disguise like boon ,though ,for the time being,a strong entity engulfing the human or world society .
Oneday while serving them,I was stunned, as their eyes were saying something ,though blinking.
Lo ! I felt ,Love story  begins now !
Hindi poet has strongly narrated,"  Kehat,natat,reejhat,khijat,milat,khilat,laziyaat,Bharai bhaun mein karat hain,nainan se hi baat .!"( Lover to beloved-----------"Said,reply-No,smilingly shrinking of the face,then,met,and laughed fully giving the utmost impression of true love )
What was surprising was the beginning of the love story in the same manner ,as vogue in the human society.Not only he did these things,there was a strong response from"She",though with a restraint as Nature has given the power of only impressions appearing which need to be read or step to be taken first never comes."She" is blessed with the power of subdueing even the strongest feeling.
The Time was rolling with its own speed,and one day both came closer ,as if  known from earlier.
Her patting "He" with her nose and love from all direction made a happy couple.
Oneday" He" was wounded,I had to bring medicines,I wanted to catch,but "He" was not ready.I wrapped my hand with a peace of cloth,and forcefully took"him" out and smeared the medicine on the wounded part.The moment I left"him" inside  and locked it,I saw"her" coming to him patting "him" this way, as when own spouse encourages with light patting .
The days came and gone by,the true love could be seen ,both were very close sitting with each other without caring of what others feel,and speak out in the open making it a subject matter of laughter.But,Love is love,it is not altered ,when alteration found,let others say what seem to them good.Pyar diwana hota hain ,mastana hota hain,her ghadi,her gum se begana hota hain(True love is like an unbriddled horse,It does not care ,for love is love.)
Living together,sitting closer and speaking something to each other without making me  understand ,but simply assessing the situation.
Stunning was it when I saw ----------------------Lo ! shru ho gayi love story(Love story begins now)-------------------------Love is love ,it is love,all the definitions given are incorrect ,for love is love beyond any description.........................Let us see ,only a happy ending--------------!
