319----Loo is
the common word heard during the summer season on the Indian sub-continent,
Many a people lose their lives due to this Loo .There is a need to make it more
effective so that the people may understand that not strong mind ,but fake and
feeble body lose the resisting power against This” Loo”. Everybody in India
roam about the streets during this
season and a little mistake results heavily in the loss of important human
life. Let nobody suffer ,both from within or those who visit from abroad during this season is an attempt
to apprise -------
1-Our body maintains the
37 C and this temperature enables us to work efficiently.
2-The Chemistry -------To drink
water is very essential during this season and the water from the body also
comes out in the form of perspiration or sweat. It helps maintain the body
temperature. This way a lot of water is thrown out of the body and also water
wasted.
When temperature
goes beyond 40C ,the body temperature is disturbed .In India This touches the
limit of 48 C. The high temperature boils the protein just like something
boiling in the pot in the kitchen ,though lukewarm .The blood is also hot. Our
nervous system starts breaking as it becomes hard and harder. The blood becomes
hard or rather thick and its movement is slow ,faces a lot of problems in the
blood supply to brain. The Blood pressure is slowing low and low .The limbs
working stops suddenly and they collapse resulting in the death of a person
So, This Loo if
not taken seriously takes away the life.
3—Water and its role----
Now important
thing which we want to share is to drink water and drink the juicy things more
and more ,say 12-14 bottle of water a day or what the dr suggests to, The
scientist call it due to Equinox phenomenon and It remains in the month of ,say
normally from April to the coming of rainy season, But May and June are the
test of the time. When we were in the Bundelkhand region ,It was difficult to
be out from 11am to 4pm .I think ,this is safe to be in the home or inside the office or building ,if necessary to go out ,then
Head and body need to be fully protected from the proper clothing otherwise the
sun stroke may hit and we may be prey of Loo or heat stroke.
4- Care-------
Blood Pressure needs to be checked in case of any doubt first.
Secondly,Cool water is important both from drinking and bathing.
No heavy items like Meat or Cheese or Jack-fruit or heavy items in the
form of fast food be taken.
Light food is advisable for the old ones above the age of 40 ,children
should also be motivated .Let eyes and Lips be humid.
Heat wave is the problem ,or mentally being sound will not solve the problem ,but make us
sick.
For checking ,a suggestion is spread, Take a candle ,put it out in the
sun ,if it melts ,the situation is dangerous
The humidity of the place is to be maintained Yes at last .when the
seasonal fruits taken ,they should be taken in proper quantity and with care. For
example ,the watermelon ,on the one side keeps the water requirement in order, on
the other hand taken with Black salt ,it is digested properly with no harm.Or
Dr Must be consulted -----?
