The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India sacks the 66A of the IT Act ,Hence
,giving the people more freedom of Expression.The people in India
,presently 1/4th of the total population ,using the social media can now
voice their views and expressions more openly and freely.This is a
great win.We are the mature democracy and lucky are the youth of the
present times who have got the easy access to Net and make the most of
Twitter,Face Book,Google or Blog where they share and care and improve
themselves day by day making themselves more conscious.Recently a few
incidents leading to the use of Power disturbed the arena of peoples'
expression ,indicative of what suits better to state in the interest of
state was being protected or rather curbed.This will allow the young
generation to grow,the state has to exert more tolerance,but this is
also seen that at no point of time,the situation may lead to anarchy or
disorder which the law of the State has to define ,for after all this
becomes the administrative problem becoming hard for the administrative
officers to deal effectively,tactfully and intelligently in the interest
of the State and this is also true that in the name of freedom,some so
called self styled hero vitiate the atmosphere of the state.For
example,the recent heavy flood in J&K caused havoc and Govt.of India
opened the Govt.treasury to support the people at every cost and saved
them.The Armed forces ,more particularly ,Indian Army did its best for
the safety and security of the people there.A Lady now comes forward
with a Pakistani flag and hoist on the Indian soil ,giving the challenge
to the people of India and using the social media in the name of
Freedom , now urgently invite the Govt.'s decision for her immediate
arrest and put her behind the bars.Let us wait what comes next about her
arrest.
