013--------------------------------------------To feel proud of amidst the people is a weakness on the part of the human-beings.They rather want to be important in the society and most of the times,this pride creates the unnecessary problems also .The Vat tree grows bigger out of the the small seed and when fully grown ,its branches touch the ground.It never forgets its past,For this is the past;good or bad,Remembrance of which motivates everyone to go ahead in the life.Materially advanced or financially strong man is not confirmed to be best at heart.If he is so,the society adores or worships him in return.Abrahim Lincoln agreed to a piece of advice by a small child who suggested to him to grow beard on his face.Willingly he did so,though holding the highest post of the nation.This is because of his simplicity in the life sparkling greatness from his personality.This is also confirmed that he is the only President the world over who has inspired crores of the people around the world and a well known person amidst dead or alive vibrantly inspiring each and everyone at a particular point of the time.Mahatma Ghandhi is also a symbol of simplicity whose powerful weapon truth and non-violence gave something new to the world and the India got freedom,for at one call,the whole nation was with him.Anybody could get inspiration from his life,the simplicity is not the weakness of the human-beings,but a powerful weapon,very necessary in the modern world.Now-a-days,the Multi-nationals employ preferably who are very simple in their mode of the conduct and kind towards the people at large indirectly winning the heart of the people and thus become an asset to the Employer.The recent study conducted in Britain about the Boss in office confirm that their  rude behavior not only make them the part of the mockery amidst the employees making them sick,but reduces the performance-skills in them.besides,in the particular areas ,they become the target of scorn and violence.The encouraging words with exhortive approach time and again keep the employees very devoted and dedicated.This has been in existence right from the time immemorial.Lord Jessus Christ prayed to God to forgive those who were cruel to Him,His words,Oh! God forgive them,for they know not ,what they do 1sound into the ears of everyone.And when cruel man met Lord Budhha and used the abusive words to him,He simply asked,’if you want to give something to someone and he doesnot take them,with whom that thing shall be ? This made that cruel man understand his folly who later became his disciplies.The simplicity on the part of Lord Budhha changed the heart of Angulimaal and he too became his follower.The Simplicity is not the power of weakness,but this is the powerful weapon in the world over.William Shakespeare rightly sings,’the power mixed with mercy at heart becomes not manly ,but godly attribute or quality.The simplicity is the Great quality and most of the time ,this avoids the unnecessary conflict and disputes too.

He is the centre-point both for the school and the society and very respectable the world over.
1-It is not only a job ,but a vocation or beyond that------
2-He is blessed with the exceptional gifts and talents.
3-What a teacher is ,is more important than the knowledge he possesses.
4-His love and affection for the students need not be shown,but is expressive of what is meaningful to them
5-Good teacher is never a prey of emotions and never show them in the class.
6-Teacher always justify everything.
7-The attachment with the student and his presentation skill always bring the student closer and make it easy for them to understand everything easily.
8-No apparatus,may be computer or others may replace him ,for he is ahead of them.
9-Familiarity breeds contempt ' is true in between teacher and student ,for there is impartiality,
10-Gone are days when in the name of disciple,the student was punished or it was said,''Spare the rod,or spoil the child.'
11-Every student is in the need of love and affection .The appreciation and affirmation in the class instill in the child a lot of confidence and filling in him the sense of Win and lose in the life.
12-He is always helpful and available for the students and for the good decisions.
13-The student is always in the need of understanding and love.
14-Teachers never teach values,but provide a chance for them to catch.
15-He is symbol of good education ,ultimately bringing academic excellence.
16-His impartiality means like every student equally.
17-The teacher ignites the feeling of achievement in the student,provided he has more expectation in his student and help them 
18-The teacher enable a child to be theoretically as well as practically strong.
Hence,teachers are born,they are not made.Whenever or wherever anything wrong occur in the school or college,it is the failure of the Management in their selection procedure .
Teacher is like a candle spreading the light in the society and he may not melt is the subject matter of the management in order to sustain his living standards.

011------------------Just in the early morning,I felt somewhat disturbed, suddenly a melodious song was on the TV-------"Bhikari sari Dunia---------(The whole world is begging )."How correctly the essence of the life is narrated here. It was the time of Evening,the King Akber was on the alter of worship, He prayed to the God, "Oh ! god, You have given me everything in the life, now you allow my empire to be extended beyond the Indian boundary ! You are kind, very pious and always helpful to your devotees. Omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient is only You" . In between the time, a famous fakir-----Farid----- who approached to king Akber  for the help and support, heard everything about what Akber asked for (begged) the God. After the prayer was over, Akber turned to Fakir and asked him the reason of his coming there. Fakir said, "I thought that begging before the King shall help me overcome my problems, for I am fakir or beggar". But when I saw and heard that "Akber is a big beggar,bigger than me (I). The clothes are changed in life, heart is always empty, Whether there is beggar or king case is the same"So,If only begging would solve my problems ,why to pray to a big beggar, "I will also pray to Perberdigar (GOD),for bikari sari dunia(The whole world is begging).When it struck to my mind, I also started begging before the God----This is the question of faith beyond any logic--------------!

Weapons of mass destruction,

It's a dreadful spot,

Insecure they are ever,
And oft are being killed,
Without any demur."

Men with grief so profound,
Thus speak of life,
Full of loss and pain,
it 's endless strife.
Life pensive on Earth,
Now do I abhore
Better to be in Hell
But there ! No more !
Earth deserted me;
now nothing is mine,
Let me go to Hell,
Ever to fade 'n' pine."

009------------------The scholars believe that ‘Rest is rust.’ This is Nature’s law, everybody is born with the in-born quality to work. Whether our work is directionless or aimless or is being done just for the sake of work ,makes a difference. Everybody , rather all the creatures work to fulfill their biological need or to quench their thirst. Since morning to late at night, there is work to survive. The creatures like ants donot sleep. Hence, quite clear is it that without work, survival is difficult.

The question arises that despite its importance, still everybody likes rest or tendency to avoid to work. Even the tiger does not like to stay in the scorching heat and tend to move in the shade of tree or come out in the sun, when it is too cold. To the great extent, the whole world may be divided into two parts (a) Work to meet with the biological needs (b)Work for something great still left in the dark  to grope for ,Definitely Part (a) is to all creature ,whereas part-(b) is only for the human-beings.

This makes the human-beings more important, After crores of researches ,inventions and discoveries by our forefathers, we are at least more civilized now and capable of creating the conditions more favorable to us. The working conditions prevail everywhere, but with a difference either in the taste and temperament or beyond our reach because of in-equalities and the talents. This is the reason that poses threat to everyone.

Since differences exist in this beautiful world existing because of the secret of in-built system of check and balance, theses differences creates problems , The crisis for the Work arises .Besides, The divisive forces owing to human weaknesses both from within or in the society further add to fuel to fire. Such a disturbed firmament has appeared now that has led the scholars to believe that 21^st century shall begin with the stress and tension .It is true too.

This way arises the crisis for the work, type of work, quality of work or need of the work according to the taste and temperament .Interest too plays a pivotal role .A sigh of relief is this that the scientists and scholars have proved that the General talents is no God gift now(leaving exception) and it can be developed, refined or molded or conditioned through the trainings and learning’s. The role of skills has assumed the greater importance.

The duty of the prime concern is to bring the individual excellence both through the formal or informal steps. The individual/ personal excellence that brings an end to the age –old problems in the society and society shines .The shining societies with the scientific taste and temperament shall guarantee to our survival, So we have to work either from individualism to social or vice-versa, But work is essential with the social objects in mind or the divisive forces shall shatter and tatter within no times.

The weakness of the person is to feel important in the society, and he works for the status to achieve. In the modern time 04’Ps’ i.e. Power, Position, Prestige or Pelf have accelerated to the speed of the work ,but not at the cost of Health.

---------------This world is very beautiful ,so is the case with the universe.Each and everything has something to narrate.Only thing expected of us is to find and appreciate ,feel happy and later to share with it.Sometimes out of depression, some people either create problems for themselves due to their constant failures or because of the heavy pressure created by the situation or circumstances tend to commit suicide or live the life, as if this were the heavy burden to bear with.This is true that all the theories or the things can not spare us from the icy cold hands of Death ,which is the ultimate Truth for the life .But Time for that is fixed.William Shakespeare has narrated that sometimes so much honor is given to those passed away or dead that even having the negative thinking or against the Death,people like to leave the World with a story or legacy left behind in the same manner,their funeral becomes inspiring..The Death is never welcome and surprisingly the impending danger from the Death makes everyone sick .Even Yudhister,while answering the questions of Yaksha (angel) admitted that everybody knows about the Death ,but nobody is ready to die.Hence,only sick or those poor fellow may think of suicide otherwise this world is like a battlefield where we have to adjust ourselves to live happily or let others live happily ,as RigVeda declares.Not one ,but ‘’all people are my brothers and sisters(vasudhev Kutumkem) living together in the home called earth.Hence,failures in life is a transient (temporary )phase.This shall never stay in the life ,but for the time being.Besides,each and every failure has something important hidden for us always inspiring to do something.Hence,we have to live in this beautiful world with appreciation of the beautiful creatures or things,we have to find the beauty in these things,for beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.We feel happy at the beautiful sights and its intensity is increased ,when it is shared with others.Everybody might have experienced that when someone agrees to the beautiful picture seen with ourselves,it gives more pleasure .The smiling face of the child or the blossoming flowers are more beautiful.Let us take an example of this beautiful picture.

The pic is most beautiful ,not because it is beautifully taken ,but even without utterance of a single word,it speaks at length.Anybody may get impressed at the beauty of it ,,but the intensity of pleasure is increased when it is shared with the acceptance of the words related to this beauty.Had Poet Biharii been present here,he would have said about the picture appended below    'Kehat,natat,reejhat,khijat,milant,khilat,laziyaat,---

Bharai bhaun mein karat hain,nainen se hi baat.                                                                                                                     (Said,Denied,felt loved of,smiled,met suddenly,good laugh with pleasure at heart,later moved to the feeling of being shamed of by self because of the presence of others,These eyes are very much talkative even in the broad daylight ).Whosoever may see it,the imprecision is like that of painting of Monalisa ;famous because of the great smile on the face.                                                                                             John Keats rightly said'beauty is truth,Truth beauty,that's all".Indian philosophy adheres that ‘’Truth is Shiva,Shiva is beauty” ,Transient nature of beauty is for the time being.The true beauty is for all the time to come.This is something higher or need exploratory approach in life.
However in real world,This picture is really at the best and the constant source of Inspiration to those closely associated with it. Even it is experienced ,the beautiful picture from our life ,may be from youth days or when we were child,when seen ,it gives us a lot of pleasure, we enjoy it ceaselessly.Even if someone is fat or prey of obesity or the body seems to be like a rolling sack of Potato ,the beautiful picture taken earlier may be fixed on the point with easy access to see everyday .The result shall be -----the constant inspiration and doing what Dr. suggest towards reducing the fat.

Hence,let see ,find,feel and share beauty with a motto for the happy living in this happy world !

007-------------------------There is a very embarrassing trend that whosoever comes to the new office, he finds fault in many a cases and takes a lot of interest in blaming those worked earlier for the failures and hardly accepting the good work done .Each and every person ,whenever he assumes the office ,has to work on the basis of the knowledge ,he possesses/the training undergone by him/,his temperament, /his innovative approach or traditionally what is thought of good for the particular Establishment/ or time tested programmes and so on and so forth .Not only so, those dead today are not spared too forgetting that their rebirth is not possible for their  stand taken under the situations during the  course of the time ,place or what not..Besides, the scope and the expectation of the establishment is always high or  above what a person has in himself. Scope to better  and striving for perfection is always high and in  demand all the time   and hence it reduces the structure of the individual in the particular set-up .The knowledge/training/time-tested programme /achievement etc do not give the guarantee that only success shall come. In almost administrative fields and Areas of nature 's rage carry the certain uncertainties and the positive  result is probable .The past experience .if with success, instills in us a lot confidence and mentally prepare us to leap forward and meet the challenges and if this experience is with failure, proper diagnosis and strategy along with tactics require very carefully advancing  and working amidst the situations towards achieving the goals. This makes it clear that blaming is simply a cheap level of work and former ones 'image need not be derogated .This is the time which decides both the fate of the Individual or the Institution and After all, every one is for working towards the perfection and for perfection ,there is no limit    ?
