009------------------The scholars believe that ‘Rest is rust.’ This is Nature’s law, everybody is born with the in-born quality to work. Whether our work is directionless or aimless or is being done just for the sake of work ,makes a difference. Everybody , rather all the creatures work to fulfill their biological need or to quench their thirst. Since morning to late at night, there is work to survive. The creatures like ants donot sleep. Hence, quite clear is it that without work, survival is difficult.

The question arises that despite its importance, still everybody likes rest or tendency to avoid to work. Even the tiger does not like to stay in the scorching heat and tend to move in the shade of tree or come out in the sun, when it is too cold. To the great extent, the whole world may be divided into two parts (a) Work to meet with the biological needs (b)Work for something great still left in the dark  to grope for ,Definitely Part (a) is to all creature ,whereas part-(b) is only for the human-beings.

This makes the human-beings more important, After crores of researches ,inventions and discoveries by our forefathers, we are at least more civilized now and capable of creating the conditions more favorable to us. The working conditions prevail everywhere, but with a difference either in the taste and temperament or beyond our reach because of in-equalities and the talents. This is the reason that poses threat to everyone.

Since differences exist in this beautiful world existing because of the secret of in-built system of check and balance, theses differences creates problems , The crisis for the Work arises .Besides, The divisive forces owing to human weaknesses both from within or in the society further add to fuel to fire. Such a disturbed firmament has appeared now that has led the scholars to believe that 21^st century shall begin with the stress and tension .It is true too.

This way arises the crisis for the work, type of work, quality of work or need of the work according to the taste and temperament .Interest too plays a pivotal role .A sigh of relief is this that the scientists and scholars have proved that the General talents is no God gift now(leaving exception) and it can be developed, refined or molded or conditioned through the trainings and learning’s. The role of skills has assumed the greater importance.

The duty of the prime concern is to bring the individual excellence both through the formal or informal steps. The individual/ personal excellence that brings an end to the age –old problems in the society and society shines .The shining societies with the scientific taste and temperament shall guarantee to our survival, So we have to work either from individualism to social or vice-versa, But work is essential with the social objects in mind or the divisive forces shall shatter and tatter within no times.

The weakness of the person is to feel important in the society, and he works for the status to achieve. In the modern time 04’Ps’ i.e. Power, Position, Prestige or Pelf have accelerated to the speed of the work ,but not at the cost of Health.
