007-------------------------There is a very embarrassing trend that
whosoever comes to the new office, he finds fault in many a cases and takes a
lot of interest in blaming those worked earlier for the failures and hardly
accepting the good work done .Each and every person ,whenever he assumes the
office ,has to work on the basis of the knowledge ,he possesses/the training
undergone by him/,his temperament, /his innovative approach or traditionally
what is thought of good for the particular Establishment/ or time tested
programmes and so on and so forth .Not only so, those dead today are not spared
too forgetting that their rebirth is not possible for their stand taken
under the situations during the course
of the time ,place or what not..Besides, the scope and the expectation of the
establishment is always high or above what a person has in himself. Scope
to better and striving for perfection is always high and in demand
all the time and hence it reduces the structure of the individual in the
particular set-up .The knowledge/training/time-tested programme /achievement
etc do not give the guarantee that only success shall come. In almost
administrative fields and Areas of nature 's rage carry the certain
uncertainties and the positive result is probable .The past experience
.if with success, instills in us a lot confidence and mentally prepare us to
leap forward and meet the challenges and if this experience is with failure, proper
diagnosis and strategy along with tactics require very carefully advancing
and working amidst the situations towards achieving the goals. This makes
it clear that blaming is simply a cheap level of work and former ones 'image
need not be derogated .This is the time which decides both the fate of the
Individual or the Institution and After all, every one is for working towards
the perfection and for perfection ,there is no limit ?
