0119-----------------------Much before Dr.Radha Krishanan, a great educationist and IInd Prsedent of India wrote that the Peace guartantees through the preparation of the armed forces and every nation keeps the forces through Institutionalization always ready with the regular training.More candidly and clearly,it was elaborated by Winston Churchil who utters,"If you want peace ,be prepared for war."The institutional infrastructure created this way has nothing to do ,for the ruling Govt.have to guide for further course of action keeping in view their diplomatic relationship.But whenever any strategical point to be served is needed ,the parrellel forces are created,as in the case of Pakistan,where their sole motive is related to creating and spreading terrorism in other countries as or rather the spokesperson of the saviour of their religion,whether out of fear of losing the ground or to serve their selfish motive.The separatist movement whether in J&K or Afganistan or Bangladesh earlier or in other countries has the sponsorship of Pakistan,fully exposed today,when their own friend America declared "Pakistan"as a terror state.Which can not be a matter of happiness to us ,but a further challenge to be on high alert.In order to serve the strategic and political motives,or to disrupt the political process in the coming election in J&K something wrong either based on influencial forces in the name of religion or global war is deemed to occur.In situation like this,the neighbourhood relationship is endangered.Hillary Clinton ,former foreign Secretary of State in America spoke ,"If You have snakes,Will they not bite you to-morrow"The same thing happened ,Pakistan is fighting severely with terrorists on the domestic front today and the complete diplomatic failure slipped them into the international arena of being seen with doubt.But this gives a further ground of doubting ,whether America is trying to kill two birds with one stone,Firstly by declaring Pakistan a terrorist state,though a very close ally in the fight against Talibans, the Americans are trying to strenthen relationship with India ,or by developing the strong bilateral relationship with India,the next target is the growing power of China.The Osama Bin, Syria,ISIS, Iraq,,many a middle -East countries.I still remember ,after the collapse of USSR,they were very happy on their no.01 position in the world ,which they wanted to maintain for all the time to come.The Islamic terrorism was not so strong before the collapse of the USSR.Whatever may be the apprehension,the right choice in the world today is to be on high alert and be in the position of self defence both on domestic and International front.
