17 साल के अपराधी ने उस रात जब उस बेबस लड़की के साथ सामूहिक बलात्कार करने के बाद उसके अंदर मोटी लोहे की छड़ घुसेड़ कर उसे घुमाया था, तब उसका पूरा गर्भाशय बाहर आ गया था. अगली सुबह दिल्ली पुलिस जब उस चार्टर्ड बस की जाँच कर रही थी तो उसकी ज़िम्मेदारियों में सबूत के तौर पर उस ख़ून-आलूदा रॉड के साथ-साथ निर्भया का गर्भाशय ढूंढ कर अपनी पॉलीथिन में रखना भी शामिल था.
उस कथित नाबालिग़ अपराधी को उसके कारनामे को भूल कर आजादी देने जा रही है हमारी सरकार।
कुछ बोलो भाइयो। जिनके बहन बेटियां हैं, और जिनके पास कांपने के लिए कोई रूह जैसी चीज़ बाक़ी है... अभी तक! वो कहाँ जाएँ।

क्या 17 साल कुछ दिन का कोई व्यक्ति 18 साल 1 दिन आयु वाले व्यक्ति की तुलना में इतना ज्यादा मासूम होता है कि वह कैसा भी घिनौना अपराध कर दे लोगों को उसकी अंधेरगर्दी के आगे आँखें झुकाते हुए खून का घूँट पीकर जीना पड़ेगा??

While I was reading,what this so called boy is going to be set free,it will be a slap on our system.Whatever it may be,the crime is heinous and this man,not boy must remain behind bars,otherwise it appears from the unlimited rage and anger on the part of the public that he be hanged giving an edge to the so-called Tolerant to be on the front line of the news .If developed democracy like USA may hang the culprits of this nature ,than why we lag behind ?Put him behind bars and let him suffer or nothing ,but the mockery of Nirbhaya died untimely shall be before us---Special ordinance may be promulgated ,but needs to be punished.

This was nice and sunny morning in Gorakhpur,but day assumed special vibrant firmament,for It was visited by no less than a personality than The Chief Minister of the state himself.So jovial,so informative,so performance oriented and Achievement speaking and with what Gorakhpur wanted to place before the CM,came its way.Thanks and thanks to the Honorable CM.2289 girl students awarded with Kanya Dhan of Rs.30000=00 each under the ambitious scheme launched by the state Govt.500 students got the Laptop,the first-ever scheme launched anywhere ,The CM jokingly said,"some call it Jhunjhuna" ,but only it plays an important role in the Digital India connecting the rural areas to world also.When asked the girl-awardee,collectively ,they replied that it was a distant dream in the village ,but fulfilled today-No doubt ,a very good scheme ever launched in the country.4500 cycles were distributed to the poor laborer .Citing the example of Delhi becoming the most polluted city of the world, The cycle maintains the pollution level,the CM added. 500 Lohia awash to the poor were also handed over to the needy.The incentives given to the farmers earlier were stopped ,but the CM revived it again and that too with enhancing the family coverage amount up-to Rs.2 lakh in case of casualty and 50000 in the other cases Laxmibai Yojana too came with the assistance amount to the concerned ..Schemes launched to the utilization of the funds up-to 561 crore of Rs were inaugurated and and completed ones came to the area.The White Revolution has taken the grounds from the land of UP .With the investment of rs 100 crore ,centers for dairy establishment has already begin covering all the districts very soon and the most lucrative part of the scheme is the payment in the ACs of the concerned same day.UP has become the largest producer of the milk in the country and steps to revive even the Govt.sectors like Parag are gaining ground.He has started the construction of cowshed and the Govt shall financially provide with the help to the people serving.The most important phase came ,when Gorakhpur was lucky today.Two flyovers sanctioned which will control traffic jams,appreciated by all.Secondly,two panchayat places were agreed upon for up-gradation to the town Area.The Lohia Park in the city shall be developed as per the modern lines,for he feels that it not only increases the beauty of the city,but has health concerns too.The most lucrative role by the Honorable Minister for the state was Shri Radhay Shyam ji whose efforts brought the MRI and cancer machine worth of 12 crores and work is going to be on from the January itself.The minister visits the site time and again and works for the Medical college.CM himself seemed concerned with Japanese encephalitis and impurity of the water and repeatedly said about his stickiness to work for it including the steps to provide the RO water even in the rural areas.The cancer is on the emerging trends in this area and patients from Nepal ,Bihar and eastern Up are wholly dependent for treatment here.He is so much concerned ,,Going a step further ,he declared that his Govt.has acquired 250 acres of the land and He is taking every step for the establishment of AIMS where the best treatment shall be available.He added that his Expressway dream project shall go up-to Balia connecting the eastern area to the west for the speedy and fast development of the region.Going a step further,his declaration to establish two hostels for the Nepalese Boy and Girl hostel in the university is a great step and timely needed at a time when our relations are passing through a critical phase with Nepal.The electricity with roads and also his declaring to provide light for 16 to 24 hours is another people-appreciating step.His another very -2 great step of opening the innovative projects shall include the innovative program by anyone and financial assistance shall be at his door steps.Very politely and in a convincing manner,CM suggested to his opposing ideology that he is for development and shall not stop from doing so.Whatever it may be,The sun was pleased on the land of Gorakhpur from above and Gorakhpur only got and got from the CM today.....This is called a very Lucky day

0288---The last hope for Railways

It was more than a surprise that the Railways have brought a drastic change all of sudden ,as in a Howrah bound train,a passenger asked the TTE to decrease/increase the temperature in the AC,she was travelling and when unheard of,she dialed to the Higher authorities for the problemand  for the misbehavior on the part of TTE and disobedience to her.later on, it was brought out that she belonged to the line of administration and her rapport made a difference .TTE was arrested ,suspended and sent to jail.In other words,the Railways do not want any problem to the passengers travelling.This is good to some extent ,But the individual demand is going to be fulfilled is to be seen in the days to come,for that passenger was more or less an administrator ,where she knew ,her authority did not prevail-delegated.If 71 other passengers had not faced any problem ,why only one passenger faced of .Quite clearly ,travelling in the SL class does not suit toher/their taste and temperament and a class of separate-hood is already in existence ,The problems in SL class  do not invite the Railways 'attention.However, Let us wait for the best.The matter is before the honble court and the Judgement shall bring forth the reality whether the power of an administrator was heavily brought down upon the poor TTE,for during my 100 travels in the ACcoaches,I have seen ,these poor fellows are well behaved ,as in AC coaches,passengers belong to the highest strata or something else.It is easy to use the power of misbehavior given now a days.The change is perceived here.When a few years back ,A senior IAS from West Bengal was travelling from Delhi to Howrah,A parliamentarian along with his supporters entered the AC and that officer out of his powers criticized the elected representatives and some objectionable words were used much to irksome of his supporters who lost the control and beat that IAS mercilessly and the thrashing were so severe that he was anyhow saved.The Govt of Bengal had to write to the authorities of the state concerned.Now that is not so.
However,The honble Railway minister has to do more specially the SL and the general class and his unhealthy decision like deducting the reservation charges more while cancelling the tickets or disallowing the passengers with waiting tickets in the class concerned and others have made the general public at large quite unhappy.He is to remember that Lalooji once deducted only one Rs in fare and It was welcome.The poor public travelling 1/4th population of Australia may not suffer ,for they are the deciding factor .not those whom much importance and faith because of their  belonging to the higher strata  of the society is given-----For Modiji a poor chaiwala---is the last hope for the change---.His team too must understand it
