0111-----------------------Women are always respected in India.History is replete with numerous examples .In ancient India ,even Purdaha was not in vogue.Women were at their liberty and shoulder the respnsibilities along with their counterparts.The name of Ghosa,Apala,etc. are named with respect.Upto 7th century ,they were ,but incarnation of power and respect.Afterwards ,the downfall came because of various foreign attacks, where not only johar,but even infanticide (killing of child,specially girl)came into existence,for the woman had to suffer because of the low-mentality of the foreigners whom they were the bed of the roses and not only so the racial hatred and were thrown into what we heard "haram",.It can be seen even today in conflict prone areas ,they are subjected to each sort of cruelties and exploitation.This period is a curse and blot on the respectable creature of the society.After Independence ,the things are going on smoothly and need quick reformation.Nothing is wrong with our culture and Indian soil .This is the nation, where Radhe comes before Shyam,or Sita before Ram and Shiva-Parwati presents the concept of "Ardhangini",.The river ganges is "Mata" or country itself "Bharatmata". Laxmi,Saraswati,Durga etc assumes that position where no other culture has ever reached.
The respect given is always an example,a few erring and deplorable criminal activities can not be the outcome of the age-old culture.What suits better to women today is their right.The light of education has enabled the woman in India to be playing the leading role and their contribution is but for the survival of the whole humanity.
But from recent times,if anything is uttered by the Hindu Sangathan,it becomes the subject matter of criticism,whereas our same system has failed to comply the 627 warrants against the particular Dharam Guru and no debate is even carried out.The traitors hoist the flag of the other country,Everyone including Media is mum.Whether Hinduism is soft target or the efforts of making the prey of the "hidden agenda"is gaining ground is to be understood by the general public.On TV channel ,it is seen ,instead of healthy debate by the Experts and profesnnels,inexperienced and people with un-prepared or partly prepared or uncooked materials appear.
The debate on dress code recently is nothing ,but a peice of advice ,whether to be accepted or not depends on the individuals and their will.In indian,society,the dress code exists to the school-going children ,say ,upto class 12th and afterwards leaving a few Degree colleges,every student is at his or her liberty at this age and also where there is disciplined force,there is dress code,otherwise none seems to be following.One of the experts on the "Times Channel 0n National Debate at 9pm on dated 29.10.2014"spoke against Hindu Mahasabha and compared it to Taliban,forgetting that the Hindu MahaSabha played a great role in our struggle for the safety and security of not only our age-old culture but freedom struggle.Secondly,if organization like this becomes silent,India will have to face more terrorist activities;may be seen on the map of the nation spotting the terrerist-prone areas.That lady spoke of "the sexual autonomy"  (both boys and girls) ,though suggestive of her mentality,the whole society shall be collapsed ,if allowed after a particular period or beyond marriage.No married is supposed to be following this trend ,if it happens,the Sweet Home is no more.Besides,one point that shri Arnab Goswami asks to every one is'who are you--------''.The same question goes to him ''who is he-------".Whether an anchor or the expert,everytime speaking himself and not giving the oppurtunity to others to speak out.Those who work ,think and spread the healthy things are everything  and necessity of our society otherwise the great legacy by great men like Swami Vivekanand,Swami Dayanand,or APJAbdul Kalam,Gandhiji etc. shall suffer----------------.
it is however clear that what to wear or what society expects of depends on the will of people in the modern society.This is to be learnt that the trend of someone against whatever is Bhartiya can not be taken to be a matter of hate or attempt to spread hate.
Woman are respected and their role can not be relegated,Against the criminal activities,everyone whether man or woman  has to stand up and fight.

0115---Tension-Boon or Bane

0115-----Tension-------Tension is very much talked of  with reference to the man. Almost  everywhere, it is despised and many a pieces of advice come our way. Most of the time it is heard of having it under control or life shall be marred or full of problems and difficulties. Agreed that this must be under control ,But this great power offered to us by Nature or God ,as per our belief, is beyond any description and is purely personal. What strikes us is to keep it under control and learn the lesson every time .The psychologists have their own view points and define it accordingly. For a common man, this is a stage in mind, where a lot of energy is released and wasted at a particular point of time and the man becomes hopeless to get control on himself. This situation generally occurs ,when a problem comes to us time and again and when we fail to get the answer according to our likings or disliking, ,we are tense. At that particular point of the time ,if somebody disturbs or interferes in between ,the situation may go from worse to worst .One point to be noted is basically related to a lot of energy released to our brain in such a way that whatever  answer or better to say solution may be ,becomes available just like the flashlight of the camera or may be termed as glimpses after glimpses. It is also seen that the brain works at the best or in other words, it may be summarized  that the Passenger train suddenly catch up the speed of the Bullet train. The magical way to  keep the tension under control lies this way-

1------------Life is compromise. Something in the life of everyone happens this way that other than repentance, nothing is left .A woman having lost his own son in an accident may get no solace in life other than having compromise to her fate or to succumbing to the dictates of destiny.”What can not be cured is to be endured “is the only medicine of relief to the occurrence of this nature.Having broken by heart at this situation and tend to commit suicide is nothing but an act of cowardice. Each and every living entity is doomed to suffer  for the acts of the”Karma” as per the  Hindu mythology. Mahtama Budha’s advice to a bereaved woman for the collection of fistful of mustard can be ,but a better example to the human-beings, for no family in the world have been left unsuffered.Our duty simply bounds us to involve such a person in  a day to day work or activities.The experience may vary and needs to be collected.

2-----------------This is the time when we have to control ourselves and drinking water gulp by gulp is very relieving .The point to be noted in the mind about tension is much or less related to the finding of the answer according to what suits us or what we want the way ,it might come.The changing time and situations always make  us a failure.Overthinking in between and pressing the mind for the solution is a great exercise.I have heard of the officer who got the information about the drug-smuggling on the ship,the raid under his command bore no fruits.When returned home ,he got the information again that drugs being smuggled ; is correct.In the mean time,his son came with a pipe and started making a nuisanance .That gentleman took the pipe in his own hands and beat the child.When the pipe  was broken into two pieces,he got a clue and again raided the Ship and drugs were found inside the pipes.The beating of the child ,though not supported,brought him a success.

3----------------In India,I have seen some people,who are no more tense due to two things.Firstly,they become dependent on the spiritualism and ease out the negativity and feel relaxed amidst the grave problems too,secondly,at the time of tension,they go to a room and stroll from hither to thither with a pan and paper kept nearby.Suddenly,they stop and write whatever comes to them that time.After some times ,they check and read and try to find the answer ..Most of the time they get the answer because of their positivity.it may be tried too--------------------.

4--------------------When I  was student ,I heard of a foreigner who found a unique way of controlling his tension,ke went inside the room,he took the pillow and started beating it with cries after cries.After sometimes ,he was out of Tension zone.

The people find the different way of coming out of it and using it according to their perception and innovation.The great empowering talent bestowed upon the man is really unique,the more we think of the problem,the more closer we reach to the solution .The scientific discovery and conflict management,solution of the problems etc. emerge out of this ;being properly handled and controlled.

5--Kabir das ji ,Hindi poet has very clearly sung, **lqf[k;kW lc lallkj gS][kkoS vkSj lkscs Anqf[k;kW nkl dchj gS]tkxs vkSj jkscs AA** (The whole  world is happy, for the people are happy over eating, drinking and sleeping, But the poet feels unhappiness and sadness, because he weeps and remains asleep).Philosophically, the  message given here may be implied in the different meanings .But the people ,crazy and having mania towards their pursuits in lives are full of tension ,they are restless all the time and remaining asleep makes them disturbed. On  surface, we tend to believe that even our body fails to take rest and sleep for less than 07-08 hours, it does not work properly and tension is out of the physical exertion, though may be under control. The body id body, it is also mechanical. Even non-lively particles or items need rest .The clear-cut meaning is related to rest to the human machine.

6----The social writers like Galsworthy and Munshi Prem Chand etc. have written a lot about the system prevailing in the world. The Law is law,whether ignorance of law or failure to adjust amidst the System is also full of tension to some people.From the time immemorial the mighty-people ,economically socially, politically, or power vested syndrome never care for those doomed to suffer, otherwise the Bonded labour or child abuse]crime against woman, or atrocities of other nature might not have been prevailing..The unsafe future and thirst for bread always keep the person tense. 7-The impending danger whether amidst a tiger in the jungle or foolish people ;fundamentalist or with handicapped ideology unnerves people for sometime. The defending attitude makes the person strong and tension is converted to win-win situation.

Whatever may be the thoughts, one prevailing and dominating view is the thoughtful use of this great power by nature towards  positive gains ; makes a difference in this happy world for happy living---------!

What a great information telecast on ZTVNews and Times TV,completely admitting the fact that Pakistan denies the teachings of Mahtma Ghandhiji.The ex-President of Pakistan says ,they will respond the question with no tolerance,but stone is kept with them."We will incite the people and lakhs of people are are ready to come to or rather waiting " to come India just to create turmoil and terrerist activities. What and when they want ,things go on in the wrong direction".Not only so,a penalist from Pakistan utters,"Hum to doobenge hi,lekin tumko bhi le doobenge ,Sanam."(We will sink,and sink along with you i.e.Indians)."Is this the civil society thinking there ?Really No.The penalists speak this way,what about the general public.Definitely,the whole society in Pakistan runs under the umbrella of terror ,crime,instability.and stone-age thinking.Pakistan is exposed this way.What a pakistanit uttered in America is cent percent true.Mr.Arnab Goswami is not like those journalists in India who forget anchoring and pour out the level of their low thinking,but comes with full preparation and places the facts on the table ,so because of his prudent anchoring,they are baffled and other than crying and using the low standard language,they find no way.These poor fellows forget that crores of the people watch the programmes world wide,each and every word is weighed,and judged .The war may break out at any point of time is the only option,let them take the note of other side.From all these discussions,one thing is clear that the coming days shall witness absurd situation and as W.Churchil has said,"If you want peace,than ,Be ready for war."So seems here and we have to ready all the time.

1.    Every body talks of the time right from the time immemorial. Time may be a illusion to the some scientist ,but is very important in the life of the Individuals .All the living creatures on the earth are for their survival ,All other than man spend their time and wait for their turn to come. The whole world passes through two important aspects-(1)Eat, drink and be marry ,and it lies with all the living creatures and (2)Life is precious with some message, which is to be performed on this earth. Every living creature eats ,sleeps and pass the time, But man only is to perform “Karma”. This is through it that he shapes the world.  Time management is very important here. Dwelling upon what Swami Vivekanand has said, Every person has three important roles to play;

2.    (1)It is very individualistic or in other words related to personal field of life. It includes eating, drinking, or quench the biological thirst or fulfill the need .Every individuals defines according to his need .In the fast- changing world, At least two hours time is needed to take care of the health ,For health is wealth. Good health in the body makes everything possible in life and enables us to make the most of the Life. It includes every personal gain including “Be Ready work”, sleep, eat, Healthy programmes,etc.

3.    Secondly ,This is from morning to night .Every living creature has to perform his/her professional work in order to sustain living. It differs from one to all. Since Man has a very sophisticated system of living, His professional field is well-defined where he/she is to perform the duties assigned. It includes everything of what we think of or know in actuality .Even innovation fields have their say everywhere. Normally, From 10am to 5pm is the normal time defined for the professional field. Work for professional excellence is always welcome. The information/Knowledge/Technical know-how/Up-dation/Innovation/performance or result oriented work is welcome everywhere. Better performance has long lasting effects. It satisfies ourselves on the one hand and of course serves the society directly or indirectly. One striking thing to be noted is very much related to the field of work recognized worldwide or for the  weal and welfare of the whole humanity.Teachers/Scientists/Administrators/Politicians/Soldiers/Officers/labours or what not are more less recognized fields. Some People almost feel dissatisfied sometimes because of one or the other reasons. For the progress in the life, Time plays an important roles, however ,failures after failures may give these encouraging words ,as Robert Browning utters,  ”I was always a fighter, so one Fight more”. Still the life seems a tragedy, what can be more satisfying other than the words of the Hindi poet ,Maithlisaran  Gupt who calls “life on the earth as a fight in the battlefield where success come ,but to a few “.Every failure too give a lesson ,as Emily Dickinson  sings ,”the failures are counted sweetest by those who never succeed.”They know the gap existing in between success and failures. The life is on ,the Journey is on like “charaivet and charaivet”.This fields includes the major portion of time purely dependent on the professional challenges.

4.    Thirdly ,this is the social fields, where only man plays a role .He has to feel indebted to what our forefathers has bestowed upon. The hand extending in wiping out the tears stand  only with man who has to serve the generation to Generation. Though the world is developed or developing ,but putting the full stop over some sort  of thinking as the Ultimate Truth is dangerous. This is the point which develops the fundamentalism amongst the people who forget and do not care for others .Hence ,in fights are still on. The ultimate sufferer is Man himself. Destroying the world within one minutes is possible in the world ,but making it in beautiful form includes the sacrifice of one  and all from every quarters. The Ideals and ideology developed and message of Peace given to Us by Lord Krishna, Lord Buddha ,Jesus Christ, Mh.Saab, Mahaveer Swami, Ghandhiji,Martin King Luther Jr etc. are the great treasure to the world .The world shall survive only on the strength of these ideals and ideology. This is the ideology that remind us for the performance of our social service. No other option is left to us out of indebtedness we possess. One striking point is related to this concept of “If you want peace .Be prepared for war” .it may be  under the auspices of UNO ,the main platform for the peace and survival ,for out of the interest ,control and check for balance too becomes essential. However, time for social service is also important .

0110-----Forgiveness in the Teacher Episode

0110-------Thanks God.At least ,the good senses prevailed on the IAS officer shri Abhishek Singh who asked for forgiveness from the old teacher.I don't know what has happened till now,But quite clearly the onus of shame and misbehaviour shall come to the teacher-community once again,for everybody will be heard saying that the teacher of the officer concerned might have failed in giving him good lesson somewhereelse.

This whole episode has left giving this impression that despite the Hon'ble Supreme Court- order stating that teacher can not be engaged in any other work other than  their school job and duties.Still ,the Administration has to seek the teacher- duties and assignment accordingly given.The shortage of the staff comes in the way and Administration becomes dependent .The following things clearly coming out of this episode are(1)Whenever the proper training is not given,the time-bound programme suffers somewhere ,otherwise the big job of election is effectively carried out by the teachers.(2)The subordinating staff like lekhpal and Patwari very shrewdly escape themselves from their duties and pour out every venom into the ears of their Boss resulting into  the frustrating outcome like this.(3) An ill-view point is developed amongst others who donot care about the age and the teacher suffering from the age-old deseases who fail to carry out and perform such important work effectively.. Only duties after duties are given.(4)An idea is developed amongst other than teacher that they donot do their duties because of various reasons.Very honestly speaking,I have heard from various stages,even their top leadership as Shri Lallan Mishra or Dinesh babuji etc.( are heard saying )that they "won't listen if the teacher fails in the performance of their prime duty of teaching and taking the proper note of their students."(5)The Administration only resort to work from the state Govt.teachers .They fail in taking the work from the central govt.teacher whom they spare for the reasons still unknown. or Doesn't it prove that the dual system in Education comes in the way.(6) A very bogus system has come into being that whosoever visits the Primary school , he will test by asking the name of the few persons and places and no answer satisfying to  shall enable him/her to conclude that there is the wastage of time and money on education.The various research and my personal perception because of the work done in almost very field related to education confirm that the effective teaching -learning is not much result oriented because of lack of effective training.In Japan,the research confirmed that the child takes a lot of interest in cartoons and they present the teaching -learning process of their mythological tales etc.through cartoons under very guided programmes,For everybody knows that allowing the child to be before the TV or computer for more than one hour a day develop their behaviour more aggressive.Finland has got much praise and appreciation in world in the field of primary Education through the attitudinal changes developed and still much more is needed.The programmes like LGP,well-defined learning levels or learning from local to global etc.shall make a difference.

However,it is requested to Higher-Ups that the teacher must be spared from the work of such nature from the administration and let them devote themselves to their duties where under the guidance of experts ,the national cause is served and the Gap emerging fastly is not sustained for long,otherwise that day is not far ,when we have to be dependent only on our armed forces ,For nothing is going to be controlled by Adminstration in the days to come.

Lastly let us see that out of the copious amount of love and affection ,a teacher possesses in his heart,the words of forgiveness are poured out and matter is settled in mathura................!
