He is the centre-point both for the school and the society and very respectable the world over.
1-It is not only a job ,but a vocation or beyond that------
2-He is blessed with the exceptional gifts and talents.
3-What a teacher is ,is more important than the knowledge he possesses.
4-His love and affection for the students need not be shown,but is expressive of what is meaningful to them
5-Good teacher is never a prey of emotions and never show them in the class.
6-Teacher always justify everything.
7-The attachment with the student and his presentation skill always bring the student closer and make it easy for them to understand everything easily.
8-No apparatus,may be computer or others may replace him ,for he is ahead of them.
9-Familiarity breeds contempt ' is true in between teacher and student ,for there is impartiality,
10-Gone are days when in the name of disciple,the student was punished or it was said,''Spare the rod,or spoil the child.'
11-Every student is in the need of love and affection .The appreciation and affirmation in the class instill in the child a lot of confidence and filling in him the sense of Win and lose in the life.
12-He is always helpful and available for the students and for the good decisions.
13-The student is always in the need of understanding and love.
14-Teachers never teach values,but provide a chance for them to catch.
15-He is symbol of good education ,ultimately bringing academic excellence.
16-His impartiality means like every student equally.
17-The teacher ignites the feeling of achievement in the student,provided he has more expectation in his student and help them 
18-The teacher enable a child to be theoretically as well as practically strong.
Hence,teachers are born,they are not made.Whenever or wherever anything wrong occur in the school or college,it is the failure of the Management in their selection procedure .
Teacher is like a candle spreading the light in the society and he may not melt is the subject matter of the management in order to sustain his living standards.
